Joined TCS = 2023 Jan No band in 2023 april D band in 2024 april due to not reporting to office completely in 2023 and they put me in PIP From March 2024 to till date i am unallocated What will be my scenario ??

Hi, You report to an RMG when you are unallocated. You have to simply meet the RMG at their desk show them your face. Sign a sheet which marks attendance to RMG so that he can track your RTO. Hi, Firtly they will tell you that you are not eligible for LWP as you have not completed 2 years of service in tca. Hi, Ideally they don't ask for that. If they ask you can either give them a bonafied letter from tcs or you can take LWP letter from the HR. Hi Manish, I’m having 5.8yrs experience in TCS and got released, it’s been 20days on bench. Rmg has sent me to open pool after 7 days. Other unit RMG assigned me to a project without my concern. I got selected in other project they are willing to take me. Now HR and Rmg forcing me to go the first project. Please tell me how can I get deallocate from this project so that I can go to my desired project. RMG literally speaking in a very rude manner. Please help me.
Hi, If you have not been tagged to the RMGs preferred project, then you can ask the project manager of your desired project to send a mail to RMG that you have been selected and they are willing to allocate you in their project. If you are tagged in the system, then do not report to that project and tell the manager of that project that you have been selected in some other project and that is your preferred choice.
