Hello sir,I am a 2022 BE passout, i am working for project in TCS from 16 months, now I want release from the project as I want to switch technology and also got C band in this appraisal for asking release. Now the manager is saying no release before 3 years and HR is also supporting him... Should I stop working? Please guide me , as I don't want release in the project

Hi, Usually project manager has only one job during the Refitment which is to provide business justification mail that you are suitable for the project. But wo toh manager aise hi send kar deta hai.. aisa koi ni karta jaisa aapka manager kar raha. Lagta hai uski intentions theek ni hai...ap us se follow up lete raho. Hope it helps. @@ManishJamwal abhi tak unhone aisa nhi Kiya hai. Project allocation interview k time pe I mentioned refittment then he said it will take some time.. we will assess you for some time then proceed with your refittment. I will start working in project from Monday.
Hi, Ideally it should have been from the same date i.e. 29th June. Because the refitment is valid from the date of your project allocation. @@ayushsharma-xg9id maybe if it's before 20th or 15th of that month, then it may be considered from 1st. These all are speculations, the real thing is not documented anywhere
