DELVE question pls - i have been doing chests areas but the loot is so bad at 250. it is way better not to get distracted and do the azurite and the king only. what do you reckon?

Im also playing this build now. My set up is quite simple. I'm using just Cameria's Maul then have, Glacial Shield Swipe and the Lighthing Retaliation Skill. So far, I'm really liking it but I'm still just level 70 at yellow maps. You do wait sometimes for the boss to attack but its fine because of the high damage. I'm actually killing bosses faster in this build than my previous Shield Crush build. Edit: Forgot about Abyssus. Will try to add it to my build for more damage.

well i league started volcanic fissure/crushing fist chieftain... well it was fun... until i needed spellblock... then it was fun again... until i needed a 600pdps staff... then i switched to cast when stun chieftain like i firstly intended to do xD

I think half the issues of the build would be solved by unwavering stance. If it works like I think, it should also prevent you from being block locked. I would try this but using a strong one handed weapon and bloodthirst support instead of facebreaker. I would try life stacking and getting a life on block shaper shield.

What I'm hearing is, Facebreaker Infernalblow is still better? So maybe infernalblow with crushing fist as a backup? :D

cant u bleed with this skill then u can avoid not damaging 'cooldown' part of the skill while waiting for a block @JorgenPOE nice work btw

Why nobody mention you can just play tanky build like jugg and allocate the key stone which make retaliation trigger on being hit 6 times instead of block.

I mean, pretty much what you said. Looks fantastic AND it looks terrible. I love it. I dropped a Death's Oath, and I've been thinking about trying to come up with some sort of mapper/delver running that plus ED(?) for bosses. But I don't know how to make it tanky enough. I want Death's Oath to work so bad.

Titan Quest II is a classic aRPG, Poe, PoE2, D4, LE are live service games. It's main competitor will most likely be Grim Dawn 2 in the future.

I wanted to use this skill and love it but I agree. The jankyness causing it to just...not fire off sometimes is really annoying.

I play around a dual wield Swordstorm build now ,but i think we got the same trigger problems. I've gone for a lot of endurance charges, and got it from Leap-Endurance Charge on melee stun, as leap garanties the stun on full life enemies, so it's an easy way, to max up on the charges, jumping in the middle of packs. Ofc i got endurance on block too. The king stat needed for Retaliation, block recovery, i agree. You can get an easy 80%, from the Armor and Evasion mastery though. i went for using Rosthorn Tincture with Spirit of War. You can keep up a tincture, for burst dmg easily, due to mana leech , without any Tincture specific item, or Passive points.

With immutable force you feel like you dont get stunned but you still get microstunned, canceling your attack. With stun inmunity your attacks with crushing fist will never get canceled mid animation, prooved

Vengeful cry is huge in any retaliation build, you might even be able to chain cooldowns from pack to pack.

I miss vengeance. At least it was a counter attack when HIT not block. So it was possible to self hit to make it proc

Played this as a league starter and It was working but really felt clunky. As you mentioned getting stuck or delays in the animation was the dealbreaker. Changed to dual strike, but might revisit with more skillpoints and gear.

After playing the new sword storm, I think these type of skills make a really burst in a setup. Im currently running Cyclone for clearing then using the retaliation skills for burst on bosses/rares on a 4L and it seems to be working, I completely agree with the block comments. I've only recently fixed my defence but block was really hit or miss before hand.

Oh i got a similar build except champion using the impaler. Sunder for clear and big impaler procs on CFist

Sucks they nerf the shield... An AFK build would've been fun... But oh well... And i do hope you get it to work... I'd love to try something like this... Never got into it, because they nerfed the shield... Thought you gave up on the idea, because of it... But glad you stuck too it...

Did you know that the first release of Titan Quest way back decades ago was way ahead of its time in terms of graphic and animation. It was a highly acclaimed ARPG, an instant classic. This time this Titan quest 2 underwhelms, their graphic and animation and overall quality stagnated, it's like they are still stuck on early 2000s and barely improved in their animation technique.

Just got an Aul's Uprising with 'Malevolence has no Reservation' and flipped it for 18 div instantly. Prob too cheap lol but I got a mirror shard now :d

Yeah, this only works if you can face tank everything. As a bow character, this is not helping at all.

Want to ask how come your energy shield doesn’t go down? When I use blood rage it drains and won’t recover

ok so first of all change the config so its not completely boosted then you will get accurate numbers
