@@JorgenPOE Yeah I just figured with recominators coming back, the new unique / special mods being crafted onto weapons, the implicit bases they showed off all kinda felt big crafty but yeah obvi not necro status.
The fact of being able to buy scarabs and selling your delving items in just a few clicks, is probably such a big speed up for making currency. I really think people underestimate how efficient we can actually farm now
I also think the ability to send NPC's to run maps, while we are delving can potentialy be a buff. We don't know if they can bring sulphite yet .... but if they can. It could be huge. And on top of this - melee skills are realy good in delve - and they were buffed this league.
Although people are saying the new chisels only drop from the Maven, that's just from the footage. It says nothing about Delve cities. We got shitloads of veiled scarabs and regular chisels from cities so I don't see why we should expect to not get the new chisels.
Exactly. It's not in the patch notes and they haven't told us where they drop or how rare they are at all. Schrodinger's cat situation until league drops.
I farmed 10 curiosities last league - it was probably my biggest money maker. I think I was just lucky finding that many cities because although I delved quite a bit I only Delved (as usual) to take a break from mapping. That saved my Delving because as Jorgen mentioned resonators pricing was terrible and fossil pricing was down a bit.
My prediction about the currency exchange is that it will lower the price of EVERYTHING. We will earn less on everything, but at the same time everything will be cheaper. The reason for this is that there will now be more supply on the market. Face-to-face trade was a major impediment. There were many people who sometimes stopped selling their items out of sheer laziness. Now that it will be easier, there will be a greater incentive. Soon, there will be a great demand for these currencies on the market.
One thing I feel Is important to bring up, pack with energy now has a duration of 60s. The last couple league people would take pwe for free power and in tandem take the sulphite to azerite node. I see less people taking packed with energy this league
Haven't watched it yet, I think Aul's will be in higher demand due to reservation nerfs. Now I'll go watch, see if I can ever get a single prediction right.
If I understand the new Opulent Fossil description correctly, the "More Drop modifiers" should work on Grasping Mail in order to target those Breach modifiers. This should make the opulent fossils somewhat valuable.
one thing about the currency exchange is that bulk pricing will probably no longer be a thing. Because the qol of bulk trading is built into the system now
I got into Delve last league because of your videos. I don't even know if I care if it is super profitable. The feel of being down there is just different than anything else you can do in the game. Just gotta find the right melee build to start.
Great overview Jorgen!! I feel like as the chisels state Maven's chisel they'll be from invitations or maven itself, perhaps to get this more in line with the R/B alters.
so the name Opulent Fossil, plus GGG stating that MF was removed from uniques to be able to open it up on rare slots and make it easier for more builds to engage with makes me think it's gonna be MF related.
@@JorgenPOEfair chance of mapping supplies from map chests. Big demand for other fossils for armour crafting on the new bases too. It really depends what gold coin rates are like, I wanna get my settlement rolling so I can hire Steve.

With simulacrum changes I expect many people to spam Simulacrums, which also prints out a ton of fossils so that could affect the fossil prices, thankfully the special node fossils and resonators cannot be obtained from it. I really hope one day they will make fossils delve exclusive, there was a time when legion farm was a meta where You got so much fossils from legion that Delve became the worst place to farm fossils and it made no sense for me
Im still going delve again, but im targeting cities this time mainly for chisels and maps. My settlers will never run out they will be stocked to the brim :D
I was wondering about this one? The following Scarabs can no longer be obtained: (...) Sulphite Scarab of Greed If there is no change to the atlas passives, it will take considerably longer to get sulphite. I have been a delve enjoyer for a while now and I hope it will be fine as always :)
Noice. Affliction was my first league. Didn’t play Necropolis as it looked meh but next league looks like it will cook. I’ll def be trying the shield crush league starter. Looking fwd to following along :)
@2:15 yes!! Adorned is effectively been deleted from the game unless some people seek the perfect role..that is less than 2% of those who used it in this league
@@jamessunderlandseventh7410 imo it should've been reworked into something that only delvers benefit from but I guess devs wanted delvers to be able to rush all the sulphite nodes quickly, go new map and repeat until full stock of sulphite.

I did delve last league, not very hard but still got down to like ~230. I had a lot of fun and it was my second league. I recommend it if watching Jorden’s content intrigues you at all!
People are gonna do the 3 to 1 unique with low rolled adorned more now, chasing the perfect roll for the max res breakpoint. The price may very well increase because of that.
I'm expecting price of things like fossils or oils etc... would drop since now that it's so much easier to buy/sell through currency exchange. Do you think that might be the case?
Not necessarily. That doesn't dictate supply or demand. If anything the supply may not be keep up to demand because of the volume of players that farm delve is quite limited
For my curiosity what restored your hope in this video? No crafting league (not totally true) like 90% of leagues? Trade in game to eco... 10s to make a trade? The truth is Delve is highly nerfed, we still can make money but will be C Tier farming method. Just hope they will buff it next league (and i think they will).

Friendship is expected to drop from Argus. So save up all those offerings that delve gives and blast lab room 1 on days Argus is there. It's boring but dead easy for any build that goes well in delve.
Hi jorgen, since last weekend im facing a weird bug where all the haunted remains nodes in delve dont spawn the last monster and i cant just finish it and go ahead. have you faced this or know if others have faced this and what could be the workaround to fix this? thanks!
the fastest way to farm curiosity now? I feel like the drop rate is non existant. How many ahuatotlis per hour do you get? at 250-350 with average build. Any tips to get more?

I'm a pretty new player and haven't done much past the campaign and white maps and I'm hoping to dive into delve this league. I know you have delve guides but do you have anything for new players to show how to transition from the campaign into delving? I'm guessing you have to do some mapping before you get your delve econ started but that's just a guess. Maybe a video isn't needed here and it's just a simple answer to the question but anything you have would be great. I've always finished the campaign and felt lost and never have been able to enjoy a full league because I aimlessly do some maps without knowing how to get my gear sorted and how to get into endgame content and then quit shortly afterwards. This seems like it could be the last league before POE2 so I'm really going to try to give my all on this one. Cheers.
yep, perfect fossils are only 1 fossil and its not a crafting league like necropolis. So delve stands out as one of the strongest meta crafting mechanics as per anny other league.
Everyone loves Steve! Dude is an absolute Beast! also, Steve will be back. He didn't run delve so that he could make profit on perfect fossils lol. He ran it for the challenge.
Delve already wasn't a profitable mechanic in comparison with the meta last league, you run it only for fun in the end of the day imo. Hopefully it will get a touch in the future
Delve is fine if you look for a conservative strategy, its a guaranteed profit. But if you look at div/h then delve is on the bottom and its sucks very hard compared to other strats

As said last night I disagree, I don't believe Delve is 'dead' but nerfed in terms of profits but I hope I'm wrong, as you know I love delving and love the delving community. End of the day its just an opinion and really completely out of our hands, if a meta build comes out with Aul amulet, auls go up, if people skip over adorn this league, curiousity goes down, If people think Delves dead, Delve items will be higher in demand. Truth is we wont know until were into 3.25.
People get too bent when you touch their currency gain. Its insane that people care so much about something that resets every 3ish months. I am happy if i make 20 divines in a league.
Well there will be some crafting, but not NEAR what there was last league. Last league was a pure crafting league. At least this league one can make some good amount of loot by doing the league mechanic, which wasn't the case last league. And with MF nerf and Barrel nerf the economy should be in much better shape this league compared to last.
