I have purchased the 624R Dusty Ash Brown and was thinking about getting the 672R Light Permafrost so I really appreciate your review. The one thing I have noticed though is how much the Dusty Ash Brown fades after washing and being in the sun. It would be great if you could do this comparison again in a few months and compare the 624R Dusty Ash Brown and the 672R Light Permafrost side by side after they both have been washed and out in the sun.
@@christinab2942 12" usually wear Vanilla butter blonde, which is perfect though, but I gave it a try to Cali and seriously, its a beauty🌟I would dream of a Strawberry blonde, hope this could happen one day.
Hi Karrina! I just got this topper and I love it! I want it to stay like the way it is always !! So i have a question - if I wash it will it lose its wave and or turn frizzy? I have another human topper and it went soo frizzy and weird after washing it. I’m hoping this doesn’t do that! Please lmk if you can!
Oh Hattie is stunning! I would reach out to customer service to see what kind of hair she is made from. I don’t happen to know that off hand, sorry. If it’s made with Burmese hair, then it will dry with a natural wave to it, which may be the frizz you experienced with another topper. If you are experiencing waviness that you do not like, I would recommend blow drying it straight before styling it instead of letting it air dry!

Hi Karrina. I finally received my upgrade Courtney in 16” and the hair and color is amazing. Thank you for all your help. When you say you wet the topper and let it air dry first do you wet it fully in the sink or just with a water bottle. Also do you set your part at this time as well? Thanks again ❤😊
Hi! Thanks for the question! I typically just wet the part line and cap first with a spray bottle. Some people prefer to wash the topper first, it’s all personal preference. When I spray the part line and crow of the hair, I also adjust the part line. You can let it hair dry or blow dry it if you want to speed up the process! The upgraded country is made with Burmese hair which will dry wavy, just sometime to be aware of if you decide to let it air dry. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Omg! This video was absolutely perfect and perfect timing to! I just got mine in the mail today, I went with the dusty ash brown. I was wondering if I should have gone with the light permafrost. And I used to always eye up the butter blonde too. Also, The way you presented this video was perfectly done! Thank you so much for sharing! ❤😊 Ps…. Does the light permafrost have any red or copper or orange tones to it in real life?
Thank you so much for the feedback! I’m so glad it was helpful! The permafrost really doesn’t have any warm tones to it. It’s mostly cool tones throughout.
Beware!!! Wig she I ordered In the hat fall matched nothing like the color I ordered. Now 150 plus later to change the color…. To process an exchange or refund was a nightmare. Customer service is not there. Big money lesson learned.
Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s good to know how companies handle returns and exchanges. As I mentioned in the video, I also changed the color but I was happy with the fit, feel and look of the wig.

Before I started steroid injections I used toppers and halos all the time! Loved how thick they made my hair look, and none of my friends could tell it was fake!
Looks so natural and beautiful! The only advice I would give has to do with the terms topper/wig. I thought a topper was something for balding men 😂 and not necessarily a wig ;) But these days, I’m assuming it is :) And secondly bio hair.. I get it.. bio hair is something that comes from your biological hair ❤ but others may be confused by that term.. other than that - thank you for the wonderful advice! I have a couple of Raquel Welch toppers/wigs I put into my closet a couple of years ago and will heed your advice!! ❤
Ah yes, I can see the confusion. To my knowledge, now when most say “toppers” are now generally referring to the product in the video. There are also full wigs which are now shown in this video. Men’s hair system now often refers to the hair pieces designed specifically for men! We love that there are so many great options now! If you have any other questions, please let me know! ❤
I'm not sure what you have but I have alopecia and I wear a hood all the time, not because I'm forced to but because of my anxiety, I'm also in middle of school with a lot of mean people so I get somewhat get bullied from other stuff and alopecia. I lived sharing with you❤
@@Hi-tb7lm it is okay, my friends don't usually understand why I wear it all the time and known that I have it but they say that I can be comfortable around them but they ave pulled my hood down without consent in the middle of school

Hi! Thanks for the question, bio hair is just the hair your body naturally grows or “biological hair.” I use the term bio hair to differentiate between my hair and the hair on wigs or toppers. ❤️

Thank you for mentioning emotional hair loss. It is so real. At a young age I had a bad marriage with a newly alcoholic husband, an emergency C-section & no help from husband at all after that day, and a divorce, all in same two years. My Dr a year or two later when I noticed my frontal hair loss said it has to be due to the high emotional stress for long periods of time that most likely was the culprit.
Oh I am so sorry to hear this happened to you… I can’t imagine how to stress from those circumstances must have affected your body. Then the added stress from losing hair…
I've used hair fibers for 25 years. It really helped my thin frontal alopecia areata. But now my hair is too thin for the fibers to not be seen as powdery. My co-workers were noticing, I could tell by their eyes on my scalp too much. For the last five years I've work toppers. I've been looking at these Uniwigs toppers trying to pick one out to purchase a human hair one instead of the synthetic ones I've been wearing. Thx for your videos💜
Hi Kimberly! I do love my hair fibers but yes, I can also relate to them being noticeable when my hair is particularly thin. Loved your video. I am awaiting my first human hair topper. I was wondering how to care for it once I get it. Do I use ordinary shampoo and hair spray? Do I need to apply hair oil to it sometimes? Please do a video on this. Thank you so much!
Hi! The Courtney topper only comes in a mono top. The Aura does have a skin top. The aura also is a lower density and a smaller base. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions ❤️

Hi! I didn’t add any color or highlights to this topper. Typically, I wouldn’t suggest highlighting any topper, it can compromise the hair on the topper. You can add color to the topper though. I would suggest finding a stylist that is familiar with alternative hair. All my stylist did to this topper was add curtain bangs and thin out some of the hair in front. I hope that helps! ❤️
Great video! I’ve been using a clean spoolie to help grab and blend my bio hair. I had an allergic reaction to fibers, so I’m trying to steer clear if I can.
Oh no! I’ve not heard of anyone having an allergic reaction to fibers before. Do you mind if I has the brand you tried? The spoolie is a great idea to help blend your bio hair!!

Hi! To my knowledge, they do not have permatease in any of their toppers. I only have one synthetic topper from them, but it does not have any permatease.
