Hi! It’s generally recommended that you only add color to wigs and toppers. You can go darker but going lighter risks damaging the hair. I could ask them! They did the piece and the customizations so they have been the only ones to touch the wig!
I used the Olaplex purple conditioner on platinum blonde and it really cooled down the toning of the roots. The toning difference made the roots appear lighter.
I Karina looks fab on you , I looked after my mum for 7 years when she died my hair stared falling out , I think it was shock it was terrible I’m very thin on top , I love the colour but not the root I’d love it all over in the blonde , please could you help me I’m stuck

Many wig companies offer customizations, but they have standard all over blonde colors as well.
