I started on R6 in 2008. I purchased it brand new and had it delivered to my house. I was always afraid of riding. It was sitting in my driveway for a month waiting for basic riding course to be completed. I would always ride at my own pace and practice practice. You have to have respect for the machine. The reason people get into trouble is they get into it for the wrong reasons. Not to master a skill but to look cool while riding fast.
@@xmotojack it got stolen, and I ended up picking up another one, used it for 3 years and sold it when my kid was born. Huge regret now that they don't make them available. Am looking at Honda CBR, but might consider something with better riding position. Still undecided. Even the smaller CC bike I wouldn't mind. I just wanna be out there. It's like therapy.
Lol you say 6’5 250 and that a r3 isn’t the right fit and I’m like yessssss cause here I am 6’2 250 🤣🤣🤣 I want an r6 but my fall backs are something comparable either a kawy or Aprilia
@@jakesuspect8991 tbf what I mean by that is the size of the bike 😂- I do still think the r6 or the 636/660 are definitely not beginner bikes by any means. Not that it can’t be done, but it’s not the smartest and definitely not the best to learn on forgiveness wise. Something like the ninja 500 or even the 650 since it’s a more upright seating position would be much better. Either way make sure it’s right for you! Good luck!
Today at school they put us near the pleace where parents drop their kids off and 2 guys game in a motorcycle and reved so loud and left the englidh teacher was blushing 😂
The correct answer is a Ducati V4S. Forreal though, I completely agree with this, I was just about to make a video on this exact topic since I get asked all the time. Everyone is different and you have to find what works best for you.
Pick a motorcycle that fits, one that won’t throw a new rider off and one that has a comfortable riding position A racer is good for some and an adventure motorcycle is good for others
At first it looks like there's a circle in the cloud like a halo over your head almost then to the left of you at the end it looks like it forms the shape of an Angel flying down with her arms spread out to the side... IDK if you can see any of that or what did u see??
My first bike was a ninja 650. It was tame enough to control the throttle but could also give you a little rush if you wanted. I decided on that bike so I wouldn’t have to sell a smaller bike for a bigger bike. Also my friends had 600s and 1000s so I at least wanted to be able to keep up with them.
Like everybody I subscribe to them all too...the Brah, Adobo, Moto jitsu, some others and yes...yammie. I do give the guy credit in the fact he does know a lot about bikes and generally is pretty knowledgeable about things. But because of that he definitely comes off like a self-righteous nerd and can be very annoying and I think sometimes he does have his head up his ass... Don't worry noobsters I'm still subscribed lol
@@destroyrebuild3444 yep he definitely is a knowledgeable person can’t take anything away there. I respect him as a creator, but I was super turned off to him after that video and his responses to people - I mean my face is even in his video and he never talked to me or replied to me after the fact. I just think it’s important to hold everyone accountable is all.
@@xmotojack I've given thought to actually starting some content and a channel myself. My first video will actually be my first time on track once I get the bike here in the next month or so lol. I'm 41 and a former Marine so the whole social media content creator things not really my gig but I found myself watching your stuff and others enjoying it and thinking maybe I can have something to offer to others... I haven't really made the decision yet. But I greatly appreciate your content broski... I'll definitely stay tuned!
@@destroyrebuild3444 I really appreciate that! I would say if you have the time and you enjoy making the content and talking about it, it’s never a bad idea. My whole ideal was to make content that I would enjoy watching and if others can be helped and enjoy it too then that’s a bonus. Be safe out there and thank you for your service!
Funny, the 24 gold wing has 121 liter luggage volume for touring. The AT factory luggage is 70 on the sides and up to 54 on the top of I recall, so 124 liters? So by default, about half the weight, and still more luggage volume for touring😂.
