The steering wheel was an unnecessary step. All you have to do is adjust your steering column down after removing the trim and the cluster pulls out easily with more than enough room.
I have a 2004 ducati multistrada ds10000 . Which won't start I didn't know about the red key and only have a black key. The immobilizer blinks as on this video once I put the key it stops . Yet my bike has no power going to the spark plugs and my fuel pump doesn't prime. What is the cost to get my ducati program with you guys?

Dash computer keeps counting down. Even with the original key. I let it count down to 0, then re-enter the electronic code. The dashboard goes to the default screen and I can start my bike. It's a bit of a hassle but at least I can start my bike with either keys
This is a Skreem immobilizer removal only not a DELETE! If you have replaced your ignition cylinder and barrel due to lost keys this will not fix the issue. You cannot delete this system (Not that I know of) but you can bypass it.

No pude encontrarlos en ningún lado, así que decidí llamar a un cerrajero para hacer otra llave, costaba alrededor de $ 400. Decidí reemplazar todo el cilindro de la cerradura porque también venía con una llave, pero hubo un problema. La llave que estaba adentro era una llave de reemplazo, no un llavero, así que ¿adivinen qué? ningún chip. No importa cuál sea su problema sin ese chip, debe reemplazar todo el sistema junto con la ECU si desea una instalación limpia y sin problemas. Salí una última vez en un intento desesperado por encontrar la llave y lo hice. se destruyó y se quitaron la llave y la placa de circuito, pero cuando miré más de cerca, vi el chip atascado en la esquina. se lo perdieron Tomé el chip y Krazy lo pegó dentro del interruptor de encendido, tiene que estar muy cerca o no recibirá la señal. el coche arrancó enseguida. así que sea cual sea tu problema, espero en Dios que tengas ese chip o un punto de chip.

I lost both keys but have one spare key without chip and code card I put in the code in per your vdo the bike cranked but won't start. Do you think you can make key for me if i send spare key and a copy of code card? Please advise. Thanks in advance for your time. Perry
