I've struggled with Slog3 and converting to S-Cinetone since it was included in the cameras a while ago, but every so often, I run across videos like this that motivate me to give it another shot. So thank you...I'll give it another shot. :) Great video!
Agreed, #1 take the photo. I take my camera to the grocery store every week. Its a sickness but I love it. The image @0:50 really resonates with me for some reason, keep snappin'.
"An artist will find inspiration everywhere, as long as they're open to it." Thanks for inspiring us again man!. Keep it up! Greetings from Maramag, Philippines!
I was following a street photographer channel and wondering how he managed to make such good shots. You just answered the question he was just taking the damn shot. The only bad photo is the one you didn't take.
There is a saying in Chinese that 外国的月亮比较圆, translate to the moon in overseas is more circular, it means people tend to view what not with them are more sparkling, it happen to me too, but I realised that it's not just what there have, it's about what you make what there have shine, and also turn your disadvantage into your benefit. Those places you shoot in your area looks just like the overseas that I want to visit someday when I have financial ability enough, I live in not so urban and not so rural area, but there are beauty ere too some wanted to visit too, it's just if I willing to change my perspectives and find what I didn't see before that and make things work. We tend to want to take the fruit and not plant the tree too, hence it's important for us to create our new roads and not just take on the the established trend ride. Good luck with your channel!
Hey man, my name is Johnny and I'm a freelance logo designer, are you interested to have a logo for your channel to improve your branding to increase your loyalty and views? I would love to have the honor to design a photography inspired monogram logo of your vision! Let me know if you interested to make it happen! :-)
You definitely just squashed the fear I have. Bc I live in a very small town that’s very dull with little to nothing to photograph. Except on the Riverwalk.
Well... the Dune du Pilat at my place has approximately the same height. But there's no exact measurement for the ocean wind changes it from one day to the next, especially when storms have settled. Under it there are areas of a village and souvenir boutiques, fully covered by the sand pushed from the ocean. It means the Dune I used to know when i was a kid no longer exists it this past form. The ocean side of it looks exactly the same as the one you show, where that guy tries to climb up. Yet, for the locals climbing up is just routine. I have never found myself in any type of trouble, no matter the weather, the time of day, the season or else. This nature's beauty offers one of the most superb views I have ever experienced. And as a former flight attendant, for years, I've seen many places and opened my eyes to many spectacular views in the World. But what amazes me is to learn that this place in Michigan is only accessible after you've paid a fee. 🤔 Thankfully, our National or Regional parks offer free access ! But there are limitations to protect wild life and the environment itself... motorized vehicles, various noises, picnics, camping, events organization, constructions, etc. all this and more are being strictly limited if not forbidden. Anyway... it was interesting and fun to see that. Thank you for this video ! And the one about S-cinetone too, very reassuring and comforting. 🙂🤚
haha yeah it strange that we have to pay, but also I kinda get it bc it pays for them to manage it? haha anyways man happy you enjoyed the videos. Thank You!
