Hey, I want to thank you your videos are great. I’m gonna send some pics but I’ve used your information to install the replacement. LCD also got the mirrors and other fixes on my bike now I’m having a problem where the brakes are rubbing in the rear and I try to manually adjusted. I’m kind of nervous about trying to bend the rotor, but that noise is driving me crazythanks for all your help. I love your videos. Keep coming.
I’m assuming this must’ve only happened to your Ridstar lite e bike because none of those things you mention happened to my bike and I literally had the same one as you so I’m very confused 🤷🏾♂️
Hari Krsna, hello we talked before and I'm only responding because you mentioned this bike is being a paper tiger well that is 100% correct the bike is not meant to go anywhere that a regular 10 speed cannot go especially if you have the pro q20 in all-wheel drive. I went through manicured ditch no water, cut grass front tire met cement on the edge of the ditch. got caught in a rut front tire took off 1mph threw me to the grass and I broke my knee cap and 30 Staples,2 screws later and wired I got to go all winter long with therapy now to get my leg back always wear knee pads even maybe elbow pads helmet is optional that's up to you
I rode my bike lightly around campus for 2 hours after unboxing it and the motor started making a click noise and wouldn't go. the only time i can get it to move is if i put it in walk mode, but it makes a terrible grinding noise when it goes. support ghosted me, so i don't know what to do.
Lectric e-bikes have the same display….some of em are bad. They send you a new one . only difference is some ebike companies have USA support…you call the number , they send the parts. But all of these parts come from overseas. Some of the USA “ ebike companies “ ( even though they’re ALL made somewhere else) have extra parts in stock already.
This bike has been a nightmare since I received it! Out the book the pedal assist & throttle wouldn’t work. I purchased off AliExpress so customer service is crap and official Ridstar won’t help unless you purchased frm them no affiliate so had no choice but to keep it currently modding it out.

I desperately need some help with my Q20. I cnt get it to move PA dnt wrk throttle dnt give nothing it won’t evn go into wlk mode somebody anybdy plse help me!
I wanna say I had a horror story but also a blessing in disguise. Bought a ridstar Q20 48v 20ah, worked great but both inner tubes popped. Went to my local trek store and got them replaced and the manufacturer covered cost of inner tubes and labor. The brake pad came slightly bent so had to get it fixed but they covered for purchase of pad and labor, than rear hub motor overheated. Got that replaced 😂 ended up just wanting a refund but the manufacturer said to just send them the battery back. Sent me their label, went through Amazon support to make sure I got my full amount since they wanted to charge taxes on my refund. In all got my money back and kept the bike. Now I’m adding a 52v 24ah battery along with inner tube protectors, street tires and a twist throttle for less than what the bike was originally for 🔥🔥
Bro it’s all about the tune if you dont know what you’re doing obv its gonna be messed up look at q20 gunna he will teach you the tune for that lcd it’s just the wheel diameter and p25 makes no sense why do you need to go up to p25
I don't have a specific tube that I like, but anything seems to be better than the stock. Most importantly, purchase some Flatout to put in your tubes. Ride safe and keep the rubber down.
