In a previous video, I covered the installation. As a follow-up, Here are the P-code settings to have full power. At the end of the video, I have linked the installation for this S866 LCD display.
I got the same contoller because mine quit working like yours. Put new controller on bike drives good but speedo doesn't work and have e10 code. All settings set to same settings you put on your new controller any ideas why same bike as yours
I got the same display for my ridstar after my display went out too, but the pin colors didn’t line up. It’s the same display in the description you posted. Also, I had to change the wiring to the proper order, then I’m stuck with a e-10 error, lights work, but throttle does nothing. I can’t access p10-p20 either
I wish I could be more help. I do know that the pin colors have to be the same. As to the error code that you're getting it's a communication error between the controller and the lcd. It tells me that something has occurred in the rewiring that you don't have good communication. That's my best guess from what I understand and my research.
@sagarevstore4524 when im riding at 30km/h for example ... if i stop pushing throtle for a couple of seconds- like when you see a car geting close from ahead temporarily-and after a second or two start to push it again the vehicle jerks badly ....you push the throtle but for the vehicle its like you pushe onto the brakes ..jerks and you have to decrease alot of speed to get acceleration agaon
Hi Sir. My q20 is dead after 20 miles.... I think the controller is fried? I guess it is under warrsnty but seems like huge hastle to send back, etc... would you recommend trying to ordet a new controller and swap? Thanks a lot🎉
I assume the LCD display is not powering up? Is the display that is bad and not the controller. Replacing the display with this same one, verify it has the same plug, and the bike will be fixed.
@@Ridstar_Q20 Thanks! Yes I saw another one of your videos and figured it was the display! I ordered one on amazon. Gosh that was a pain to pedal home 😁
