How are y’all realizing now you have been breathing “wrong” you thought mouth breathing was the correct way? Nose is used for breathing mouth for eating I thought it’s a common sense?

Здравствуйте. Как и где можно приобрести тренер? У нас проблема именно в том что язык всегда в нижней части рта. Плюс не правильно глотает. Остеопат рекомендовал одно упражнение. Но думаю что сложно будет справится самостоятельно. Ребёнку 10 лет , саморегуляции ещё нет, а находиться постоянно и следит и напоминать уже то же нет возможности. Впринципе это должен быть медицинский силикон и ничего с ним стать не должно, если вы все таки его отварили. Но как сказали в коментах ничего с ним не станет, он не поменяет свою форму, максимум вы его так продезинфицируете. К каждой такой штуке дают инструкцию - если там про это не написано НЕ ДЕЛАЙТЕ ЭТОГО.
Im jealous of young kids that are lucky to know all this information on tik tok. Im 20 now and its over for me, i pulled my cheeks to reveal my gums and teeth and the my molars push like a downward slide and is not flat.my chin is weak , sucks that my nose is big so it appears even more weak. I just nose breathe cause its healthier to filter air. Atleast i will teach my kids proper breathing
This makes me so sad. I've been cursed with a very recessive chin and now I know why. All through my teen years I slept horribly and would wake up with a sore, dry, inflamed throat and swollen salivary gland. It turns out I had sinus issues: narrow sinus passages, a severely deviated septum, and a big bone spur in my airways. Four surgeries in my late 20's and early 30's and they are fixed. But, it's too late for growth. I'm 6'3" but my doctor tells me I might have reached 6'5" or 6'6" if I had proper rest during those years. I also would have done better in school, work, and life. Also, I'd probably be like my dad and have a jaw like Dolph Lundgren.
I’m sorry, you described me perfectly. 6’3, was supposed to be even taller based on my growth when I was younger. Struggled and still struggle with attention issues, weight gain issues, recessed chin, poor breathing, sinus infections, the list goes on
fml i breathed with my nose and my mouth was closed but my jaw hung down a bit so the teeth weren't touching. Must b the reason i have some misaligned teeth
For those who are mouth-breather and have open-bite problem, there is still a treatment to fix your face and function-wise; orthognathic surgery. your doctor is gonna use braces first to get your teeths ready for jaw surgery. And then she/he is gonna break your lower and upper jaw to place them where they always should be. After 1-2 months, your broken jaws will be fused and you are not gonna believe the result for facial shape and functionality improvement. But don't forget that it is super easy to fix these problems when you are young, growing. Everyone says get it fixed before it is too late because when you once become an adult, surgery is a must to fix this problem. Despite every difficulty of surgery, it is definitely worth it ! If you are younger, go first fix your breathing problem and then go for an orthodontist, if you are an adult, first fix your breathing and then go for orthodontist and orthognathic surgeon.
