I want to buy it but how do I know the size? there is a two size, medium and large ? I'm 20 years old adult man.my high 1.90m and weight is 85kg. which one should I buy so not waste my money? this is not very common in the country I live in. Thanks !!

That is, more for children under 15 years of age, they measure the front teeth. My son has been using it and in a short time his teeth are well located and perfect without the need for braces. I live in the USA, but the dentist was in Panama City.

Me too. And I don"t know if it's still available for a 19 years old adult man with precedent orthodontic treatmen (2 premolar extractions) but with bad oral habits, difficults to put correctly my tongue at the roof of my palate.
