Amazing training ! I just have one problem : I'm so weak I don't even know how to do most of the moves you showed in the training... I tried multiple times, I can't even figure how you do this, especially the ones with steps (I know, that's almost all the exercises in the training). Is there a video that explains how to do all of these ? Many thanks

@emoflashero1 bro, I'll do it as well as the exercises for it (leg shoot outs, holding the position for 30 seconds, moving side to side/backwards and forwards) and literally; my knees ache like a motherfkr. Maybe it's just that I'm outta shape and have to lose weight, or I need to do it for a long time to get used to it?
This is dope and similar to what we used to drill our students. First do the freeze and then do it with movement (circular, with the legs moving etc.). It is a good workout and good for if you freeze a little too early in your round, you can do different shapes to get back on beat.
