I’m AJ-47.

This Channel contains Bboy / Breakdance Tutorials as well as Fitness and Conditioning Videos for breakin’.
For all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Combining your Art with Athleticism.

My goal is to help people progress in their dance by providing informative and practical tools based on my experience and research as a dancer, Bboy and original/senior member of Soul Mavericks Crew from the UK.

I’m passionate about teaching and have many students, some of which are incredibly able. However, my time is split between many aspects of life, like all of us. Thus I started my RU-vid Channel and this to be an online source for them and now you to access at your convenience.

On Position zero my left knee seems to hurt more, my right one is just fine but I gotta work on my left knee

NO WAY, I recently got my windmills from stab and from backspin, and I wanted to learn some other variations. With this I was able to nail it in one go. Thanks so much.

Amazing training ! I just have one problem : I'm so weak I don't even know how to do most of the moves you showed in the training... I tried multiple times, I can't even figure how you do this, especially the ones with steps (I know, that's almost all the exercises in the training). Is there a video that explains how to do all of these ? Many thanks

@emoflashero1 bro, I'll do it as well as the exercises for it (leg shoot outs, holding the position for 30 seconds, moving side to side/backwards and forwards) and literally; my knees ache like a motherfkr. Maybe it's just that I'm outta shape and have to lose weight, or I need to do it for a long time to get used to it?

This is dope and similar to what we used to drill our students. First do the freeze and then do it with movement (circular, with the legs moving etc.). It is a good workout and good for if you freeze a little too early in your round, you can do different shapes to get back on beat.
