When i saw the video on German tele5 end of 1980s i saw the best in Reggae: Reaggae Sunsplash festival 2 of 1979.. With a Focus on problems and rastafari culture way back in 1979..and of corse the best: Clancy Eccles-freedom and peter tosh..and Bob..
Gregory Isaacs muito " esperto" isso é muito bom. Eu hoje 56 anos. Essa marcou São Luís do Maranhão nos anos 80 quando regaae tinha penetrado na periferia de São Luís do MA, apesar de muito preconceito na época. Lembro bem!
Thank you Dave. When it comes to hard work, all the many years you have spent collecting sound tapes and sharing them to people all over the world. Also deserves a whole heap of respect!!! All the very best - Ray
Zeb, Well, it was so good to see your videos - which I have enjoyed a great deal. But it was Pete Bless Up. who made the difference. A positive youth - who just wants to promote reggae music to the max. It seems that just like fanzines back in the seventies. Video is now where everyday people can express themselves. Keep up the good works- Ray
@@SmallAxeReggae Been struggling really badly with my mental health and everyone is dropping me like a bad habit because of it (peace and love huh?) but I'm still trodding on!
A great interview with one of my favourite artist/producer/actor :) Thanks for sharing. A lot of stuff I never knew about and I can't wait to hear WW in Dub pt. 2 (and see the sleeve -- hammer surely seemed happy about it!).
This is BEAUTIFUL. Captivated. Miss Lou & all our Elders are sorely missed. I LOVE singing a lot of these folk music. What happened to the fife players, man? 😕 Instead of having us play recorders in HS, we should've been strengthening our dying/dead relationship w/ fife, harmonica & banjo 😢

Yes bredren did you know Rastafari Selassie I was a true Christian follower of Jesus Christ of Nazareth the redeemer. He say to follow the truth for Rasta to seek not him but Seek the Living God Christ Jesus. Listen to Rastafari’s speech and not any false agenda mans
