@ImraanMoosa-by5gi yes definitely. Line capacity is the issue. Often the fish closer than one thinks. Spool some braid and you should have enough line to catch that fish..tight lines. You can always upgrade later once you've figured out what you ideally want.

Great channel , i live in Bettys and please im no pro at fishing but i have had good hookups on silversands beach look for the sandbank and go over it , then main beach to the right on the rocks. Tight Lines.....

@juanotto6603 macs fish mainly come out in the week. Weekends they gone...😂. It's hard work watch a rod do nothing for the whole day. We need to replenish the energy spent....😅

Cannot wait for summer guys, Winter fishing at Macs is just too slow and the bites are far and few inbetween. This past summer has been my best Kob season by far. I found my summer honey hole and also the deadly bait that no Kob can resist. Tight lines Mr Simpson !

Nice content as always. Also interesting to see what you guys pack in for lunch. It tells a story about the person. Sometimes the guys grab the leftover braai vleis and some have to be satisficed with peanut butter and jam for whatever reason. in this video you guys went all the way with the spread.
