Dude ever since you said you’re going S2k then went tsx I think you lost the passion for building. You blew up on the ek because your passion was obvious. Don’t know what happened but I know life can throw everyone off but you had momentum and execution. Hope you’re happy what ever you’re doing

A “budget” K Swap does not mean “cheap” swap people. A budget is a budget. If you have a budget of $5k, then the max you spend is $5k. Cheap and expensive is subjective. To you, $5k might be cheap or it might be expensive. To me, it’s neither because $5k is within my budget.
If you like this thing so much you should totally try your hand at building a cafe racer, maybe out of a cb550 or something similar. You can have someone restore the carbs for you if you don’t want to deal with that and the rest of it is fairly simple.

Your OG content was really good, "budget" builds and some track racing with the motul/jaccs livery civic. But I do understand funding is an issue, especially with the price of civics these days (I'm from South Africa), and civic hatches and sedans are really overpriced.
I got ya homie, OG watcher. Doing a second Stint in Japan(Misawa), 4 years and will probably extend another 4y to retirement (USA military). Gonna hit up all the rural Upgarage, since the Tokyo ones are pick-trough. Anything you need i got ya bro. As for car content, start doing small stuff(reels). That's what blowing up, just switch over to a lifestyle type channel. Cars, Bikes, Life in San Diego. You also have real experience in something invaluable, the CA BAR process to legally do a swap. that's huge content right there.
i love the monkey content and bike ride along videos. not much honda monkey content out there compared to jdm car content. made me want a monkey but everything is too expensive here

I feel ya, ive been making automotive RU-vid content for 4 years now building my civic and my other cars. But to keep a consistent upload schedule while modding your car gets too expensive to be sustainable long term. Im 25 now but don't know if my personality is enough to keep gaining subs without providing good diy content. I ain't quitting tho
