Walking is a brilliant way of keeping fit and I like to encourage others to enjoy this past time.
We hope to continue walking more of the South West Coast Path later in the year; and also walk in our home county of Somerset, and other areas too.
We also share some vegan recipes, the healthy and the not so healthy.
We love Cornwall too, my Dad was Cornish. Glad that you can enjoy our walks virtually even though you haven't been there for 30 years. I expect you have great memories.
Hi Carrie, it's a great walk with many challenges, we've done about 200 out of 630 miles, in no particular order. The hummus sandwiches kept us going. As you love hiking you would love the SWCP 😍

Hi Su, the smoothie was smooth, I normally let it run for at least a minute to get the consistency I like. You would need to experiment to get your ideal consistency. It really is a great food processor, I use it most days.
