That's awesome that you got your bowl! 💓 Yes, most definitely. Sometimes working with them can be intense, depending on what's coming up that day to be worked through. Overwhelming is the perfect word for it. Do you have some good grounding techniques you like to help balance those kinds of moments?

That would be absolutely beyond amazing 😻 the Tibetan bowls help me with my migraines and anxiety I suffer from especially at night. I absolutely will have more with them! I actually have two recorded and I'm just in the mixing stage right now, so they'll be uploaded in the very near future. One is a combo of four different Tibetan bowls, and then the other is a bilateral stimulation with a drum and singing bowl. That's very good to hear that the bowls have helped with the migraines and anxiety. I experience both of those as well and know the bowls help me immensely.
