The character breakfast he’s talking about does not have those characters nor do they have to stay out there until everyone leaves. Hilarious bit though I quote it all the time rofl.
Yep i know how he felt. I once broke wind gently not to disturb anyone. But oh they notice someone broke wind. The poison green cloud was the only thing missing.
This obviously shows my age, but I honestly didn't know there was a Wizard of Oz themed buffet in Vegas until I stumbled on his bit about buffets when my Mom showed it to me when she found out he died. I didn't even know how you could base an entire buffet around The Wizard of Oz or why since I don't recall any really memorable food from the movie to even do that.
Apart from John Cleese in his heyday Pinette is the only comedian (and sadly is now gone) I must remember not to drink my tea when watching him, as it always ends up being blasted across the room. Pure genius.
John Pinette poked fun at himself and never insulted anyone. Today’s standups pick on the front row, insult the government, religious leaders and anyone else they can. Unlike John they have a limited vocabulary so they swear and use foul language to get cheap laughs. RIP John you set a gold standard for standup comedy.
