It's 100 degrees out, with ninety-five percent humidity. What do you do when it's that hot? Oh, I don't know, let's take the big man out and WALK HIM!!!!!
“Don’t be hanging on me!” Laugh until tears every time. He was my favorite comedian since I saw him on tv YEARS AGO. 1989, 2000 something like that. The best ever. We miss and love you John.
He's so right about Disneyworld in August-been there and it gets so damn hot you can actually feel the asphalt in the parking lots getting squishy and after it rains there's so much steam that you can't see where you're driving!
jeff chapman I grew up in Florida, the Epcot death march was our school field trips. I probably would have refused to go back after the first time if it hadn't been for the roast turkey legs and ginormous lollipops.
August?Thats monsoon season . The sun hides, It rains every seven minutes, then you cant breath from humidity, and by the time its down to 80 percent from 200, it rains again..the egrits would suck up the yoke before it fried.
Lol, thats right, 1.5 hours in a 9 hour day, thats six freakin lines, and a marathon race to wait for the 3 minute ride. Dont stop to use the restroom..it adds time to the wait in line! Just do while you are on the ride..it will add excitement for the others waiting in line..,"look..this guy messed himself, lets ride it twice". 🤔🤔
"Get up! We're going on the Epcot Death March today!" "That's right Uncle John just knocked out Mickey, now go look for a sign that say's Cold Beer!" "You coulda roasted a chicken between my thighs!" I've actually been to Disney World in August and it wasn't too bad; not as bad as Arizonia in July!
The character breakfast he’s talking about does not have those characters nor do they have to stay out there until everyone leaves. Hilarious bit though I quote it all the time rofl.
If he REALLY went to the doc for the check ups he spoke of I wish ONE of them payed attention and caught that he was ill. How could they have let it slip by to the point we had to lose John? He had so much life yet to live. I am thankful for the time that he shared his humor with us. I am still sad over his death. You are not forgotten John, RIP.
Could not agree more, why is it that those comedians like John and Robin Williams who have the god given ability to make us cry with tears of laughter, are always taken too soon. Going through a very bad time of my life, quite lonely, lethargic, in pain and stuck inside. I find putting one of John's routines and without any need of a warm-up, he in just a few seconds will have me laughing my head off and I most likely have heard it before. Made even more poignant, is his hidden demons and health issues, which unlike our today's moronic cebs he did not go on about, but in the old typical tradition the show must go one, he went on stage (so glad so many were recorded) and gave us pure joy in making us laugh. We should have a statue in the states somewhere, which of course should be placed in front of a well known buffer, "Get out of the queue"
he always gave a huge thanks to klos when they had the 5 o'clock fu nnies. he was on the mark and brian show a couple of times and said the 5 o'clock funnies really boosted his career. i heard him for the first time i believe in 1991.
@MutilatedBunny Yes he was. The series finale. He got mugged while Jerry and his friends just watched and cracked jokes. The soon got prosecuted for violating the Good Samaritan Law.
