Can you explain how it’s a gimmick? It’s just a few ways that you can use a fairly popular fitness tool

@@yurimaryou're not even using your shoulders or your delts in this exercise. You are using ur pecs to push into a ball up against a wall. This is the same as pushing your arm into a wall but more unstable which literally takes more "weight" off the target muscles. Its a useless isometric hold which gives you 0 hypertrophy.

This is more realistic than another video I just tried. Tom Holland does a negative press, which didn't work for me, as you need a lot of strength in the shoulders. This demo is perfect for the step BEFORE Tom's negatives. Thanks you 🩷

Got it. Yeah I’ve done a lot of coaching and for a while I’ve traveled the world teaching seminars. Plus I’ve written a couple books. So no formal physEd training but I have done a lot of practical physical education

Stretch?😂 If yr muscles need stretch and u'll do this yr muscles will tell you to 🖕 Simply grab around the wrist on the side u want to stretch with opposite arm and gently pull on th side you want stretch getting tension you need/prefer and then take the head to opposite shoulder without rotation and breath into it...simple as that

@yurimar
@yurimar 24 дня назад
I can’t say. It’s different for everyone and depends on a lot of factors. It took me about two years to get all the way down in my splits. Some people can do it unless time, it takes some people longer
