I've been practicing handstands for a while now and wasn't making as much progress as I should have. Your ebook helped tremendously and the last part of this video was key. I was just trying to find that sweet spot and holding it but not really focusing on kickups. It was becoming frustrating. This has been key for me.

Thanks dude! I am currently able to hold it straight away from the wall but not for very long. This video reminded me i need to be more consistent and ill be walking on my hands to go to the shops👍🏻
