At it's core I try to analyse how the use and exposure to social media and internet* effect our behavior, thoughts and emotional state.

I hope to provide the one or other helpful piece of advice when it comes to managing our lives in the digital area. You making sense of the digital world and you being able to make informed and well educated decisions on this topic is my goal.
