This channel was originally set up for you to follow along and comment on my journey to building a life of self reliance in my retirement years. We want to get away from a life of debt and consumerism, and enjoy the freedom of the homesteading lifestyle. We bought 10 acres with a barn in Guernsey County, Ohio to facilitate this adventure. We are currently building an off grid cabin on the property.
I hope you like it well enough to subscribe, and be an active member of St. Bernard Acres! Remember to hit that little bell, so you will get notifications of new uploads.
That's how it was done until 1204, and the 12th Amendment. I sure don't have the answer. I do like what Bill Whittle said, "I want my government to fit in the box it originally came in." I do agree that gridlock is probably a good thing, the less the Feds can do, the less they can control us and our lives. I did vote here in the primary today, no matter what I think we should have our say. Al the best to you and Gail.
"The Ross Perot mistake" would be voting for Kennedy, when he has no chance of winning. We already have the perfect system that our Founders created for us. The problem is we don't hold our public servants accountable for their misdeeds. "We The People" always have the power to rule, they just don't know it yet. The Electoral College was created by our Founders to prevent large population centers from stealing elections by not counting the rural areas. Why do you want to change our Constitutional Republic and the Republican form of government we were promised?.
+@user-tn7hc4ww3j They have destroyed our Constitutional Republic, and what was designed and promised to us. Sometimes it’s fun to just throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks lol. We are past the point of popular votes, and the electoral college. It’s an outdated system.
@@StBernardAcres Our Constitution and Founding Documents haven't changed. What has changed is the rule of law and the people demanding an honest government. Our system is not "outdated" and is still the best form of government the world has ever seen.
Hey Joe, I gotta say I usually avoid your political rants but for some reason I decided visit and I'm glad I did. I like your thoughts on how the election should work. I do agree that we need to take back control of the government. One party controlling things isn't good, regardless of which party it is. Just thought I'd give ya a shout and say hey. Looking forward to the cabin builds.
Party politics should be abolished Joe and it’s possible it will be at some point. But I oppose your insane ideas about picking the VP, etc. You’re reacting to your momentary emotions and not thoroughly analyzing everything. Why do you think there will even be an election in Nov.? What would be the point? FYI it will blow your mind to know how we will vote in future elections. Wake up Joe. Come out of the matrix and start connecting dots. Quit dreaming.
+@TrashedOut Well, to tell the truth, it’s kinda fun making videos like this and once in a while. I realize this is not even a remote possibility. Absolutely nothing would be accomplished by a government like that. But, who’s to say doing nothing, might be better than what they are doing lol.
@@StBernardAcresLOL I can buy in to that. But party politics has to go IMHO. Elections should be about candidate positions on issues We the People want addressed, not what party bosses want. They keep their commitment or we replace them. People gotta get involved and stay involved.
I have the orange midway. I changed the pedals, tyres, grips and change the stickers to be more simple. Its a ficking work of art. Dont really ride it since i had a kid but once hes learning to ride ill be back 😂

Not to be troublesome...but why can't you drill holes and pull wire without windows in place? Just don't route wire paths across the proposed window locations. Help me and my feeble mind.
+@TheBigfoot567 Good question. With multiple windows going and multiple circuits to run, I think rerouting around windows, instead of running under them all would use a lot more wiring, and inconsistencies as to where it’s all running. I hope that makes sense.
I had a situation with amazon. Where I received the wrong item and had to return it. The drop off station was 20 minutes away or I could pay $8 pick up fee for a 40 item item. I had to go through the same chaos that you did. But I was very polite and kind ( yes mam and no mam) until I finally got the pickup fee removed. Problem solved. Everybody happy. Success!
I have a tendency to order things way sooner than I need them. I would have ordered those 6 months ago. I still haven’t used those windows I told you about 5 years ago. Probably going to use them when I put the second floor on my trailer.
