Hi there. It's a GPS computer. You don't need a speed sensor to get speed data. However, you can still pair a speed sensor with it, getting the speed in the tunnels.
I have a Stave route, but I'm unable to 'tranfer' it to my Route on the Bryton app; Stave is active on the Bryton app, but it never shows up. Perhaps what I need to perform some other function on Stava?
Hi there. Please make sure it's starred and the version of the Bryton Active app is the latest. We sync the planned routes no matter it's private or public now. (In the past, we only sync those public ones.)
Mine no longer sync's either. No help from support. Navigation is not very good either. Would not buy again. Have to wear my Garmin watch to save info.
Hi there. Sorry to hear what happens to you. Please contact our suppor at support@brytonsport.com. We are more than help you to check what happened in your case.
Nor its manual, nor this video clearly indicate in which direction the speed sensor is supposed to be mounted. One would expect the frontwheel would show disc brakes so one would have a reference. But no. Completely useless video. Bryton gear is decent, but their manual/installation guides suck big time.
Hi there. All you need to do is mount it on the hub of the wheel (either front or rear) just as it shows at 33 seconds of thie video. And you should be able to find how to mount it in the QSG or UM.
@@BrytonActive As if I didn't know that it goes on the hub. The video shows absolutely nothing. It shows the end result: sensor on the hub and that is it. It doesn't show any 'HOW TO' at all. The least you could do, is indicate the driving direction and if the latter doesn't matter, indicate that. Oh and now we're at it: When you do a Dutch translation of your manual, make sure EVERYTHING is translated.
Hi there. If you are talking about voice navigation, please make sure you choose the correct language. You can change it on the Bryton Active app while the device is connected. If not, please contact our support for the help you need.
Tenho um bryton 420 e o marcador de cadencia parou de marcar, ja troquei a bateria do mesmo e nem assim voltou a marcar, não sei o que fazer, pode me ajudar?
Hi there. Please make sure that the coin battery you replace is CR2032. After it is replaced, you should be able to see a yellow light blinking when you try to rotate the cadence sensor.

Can you or can you not take a route from ridewithgps and put it on the Bryton? That's all I want to know before I buy it. Bryton marketing sucks for not making this clear. I guess I'll have to buy a Garmin.
Thanks for the video, I'm using this bike computer in China, navigation does not give me anything, seems there is no maps or something else wrong, do I need to download the China maps into device?
Hi there. Yes, you are correct. Please install "Bryton Update Tool" to manage the map on your Rider S500. You can download it there -> www.brytonsport.com/#/supportResult?tag=BrytonTool. If you still have any question, please contact us.
@@BrytonActive Sorry to distract you, I have downloaded Bryton update tool from the link you mentioned and connected my device to PC, then firmware updated and done but I don't see anything about maps, could you please advice what's going on?
@@BrytonActive to be honest, I feel like this bike computer does not work in China, it's extremely slow in processing and maps don't show any details, plus navigation function does not give me anything and it says off-route, has anyone ever used this in China?
@@Vancity-2000 Have you see "manage map" button? Click it and it will show what maps are installed in your Rider S500 and then you can add/delete/update maps by regions or by custom.
Hello.... a question, in order to enjoy the information and data of "climb challenge" is it necessary to enter a route? Or can it be used and it appears automatically without the need to enter and create any route? Same as the Garmin 1040 or 840? thank you
Hi there. Currently, you have to enter a route to enjoy the "climb challenge". Supporting climb challenge without following a route is now uner discussion and development.

hola yo tengo el 750se y no hay forma de meter rutas desde strav, komoot o wikiloc y la duracion de la bateria de rrisa igual que las caloria y de verse nada de nada cuando le da el sol voy a devorvelo
To sync 3rd party routes to your Bryton Active account, you have to set it up in your Bryton Active app. Once the synchronization is done, you can manually download the routes to your Rider 750 via Bluetooth.
Hi there. To add POIs in the planned route, please add POIs via Bryton Active app. In "Course"->"My route", you can choose a route and then add POis on it. After finishoing edditing, you can download the route to your Rider and check them during the ride.
does anyone know how to set up Bryton S800 so that you can change data pages using the upper di2 switches? in my previous baritone 860 it was possible to change data pages

How do I upload an GPX file which has several hundred POIs included into my Rider S500? It is an impossible task on the app to add these by hand for multiple hundred km ride. Please initiate a feature request for this capability (for ALL Rider types).
