does anyone know how to set up Bryton S800 so that you can change data pages using the upper di2 switches? in my previous baritone 860 it was possible to change data pages
Hi there. The data and time will be updated once the GPS signals are fixed. Please start recording after the GPS signals are fixed, then the data/time will be correct.
@@BrytonActive you are right. Thank you. I have used the computer twice for indoor and got the wrong date, but after riding outdoor the date and time were updated correctly. Thank you!
I reported an issue with your cycle computer 18 months ago, and after waiting two months for a reply, you got back to me and said you would look in to it. I never heard back from you again. I have since tested every single cycle computer you released - that has a temperature sensor - and they all have the same issue. If the outside temperature is below zero, the reading is dashed (- - - ) out. This occurs on all of your newer models, and despite reporting it, you have ignored my emails. A little tip for you; If you want to build up a respected company in the cycling market, you need to listen to customers, not ignore their feedback. It'll makes you look like a fly-by-night company, or it will send you out of the market altogether.
No problem to install the app, connect the S800. Every time I launch the app on my Xiaomi phone, a windows appears with no message with just an "OK" button at the bottom. When I click it, it opens "Info on the app" where I have to modify some config but I don't know what exactely... Any idea?

Hi there. Rider S800 supports ESS such as SRAM eTap and Campagnolo EPS and Di2. After setting up, you can see the battery life and gear positions on Rider S800.
Please check if the device is already connected to your phone in the Bluetooth settings on your phone. If yes, please remove it. If the problem persists, please contact our support support@brytonsport.com for help.
Rien ne marche, ni la calibration d'altitude (0m alors que j'habite en montagne), ni le suivi GPS sans se tordre la tête à l'envers à chaque virage, ni le Climb Challenge !!! L'appli Bryton Active est une MERDE absolue !!!
