I played over 10k chess games in my life never played one puzzle with 1200 rating , getting better though but I do the puzzles and I have no idea what a opening is it the name I just try to make optimal moves and strategies protect my king and always trying to attack their king or a vulnerable queen , I think in game experience trial and error is way better maybe I’m wrong though.

Hey man can you tell me what chess website u use?

Me 1. First year - 1000 Rapid 2. Second year - 1200 Rapid, 2000 + in puzzles. Did not learned theory or begining ... only Puzzles and games. 3. 2 years and 3 month . 1200 Rapid (but i think it 1250 - 1300 look on my oponents range in blitz), and my Blitz is 1060. And puzzles im reached 2100, but after few "quick" puzzles its near 2030.

After watching those video I went from 900 to 1356 in 4month
