I know that unit is long taken, but even I would’ve loved to have it myself. I love the views right off the balcony. I can just see myself sitting in that balcony lady evening as the lights are coming up in the city beautiful very very nice looking unit. Best of luck to the one who got it now.

it has 2,894 square feet and HOA is $3,300 per month

These condo prices are going to adjust fast. It's a great building in a good area but 1000 sqft for that price will be a sellers pipe dream by January of next year. Regardless I enjoy your videos

The reason why your youtube Channel is not growing faster is becouse of your boring intro and your videos are boring too. Get straight to action, you are talking to much and if we being honest here few people are concerned about what you are talking about. Many of us are just here to look for a nice apartments not to get advice and stuff So next time get straight to the point sir. This is advice i can give you as a fan of your work since 2022 thank you

We have shorts that go straight to the video tour but also some people have reached out to me that they want more information from the intro section which is why I have gone that route. so I guess you can’t please everyone. @@stevenvargasmiami 2 things actually, people are saying the place was poorly built the walls are paper thin, the management is not great and they tow your car for anything, could be disgruntled tenants with the increase in rents. The second thing is the trash dump that is kinda close I’m worried about the fumes and the water quality. Love to know your thoughts thanks.

Our clients who live there have not complained about those issues but that’s not to say that some residents may have experiencing problems with management in the past. The garbage dump is a point of concern and there are days in which, if the wind is blowing in the right direction, may cause an unpleasant odor. I have spoken to several of my clients on this and they do acknowledge that it’s an issue but it’s also happens sparingly and not all that common.

Technically because it’s a one bed plus den. A complete 2 bedroom loft would be much more

There’s definitely better airbnb options. This is one of those properties for investors who also wish to use the property as a vacation home. A good balance of the two but not the highest return

@@mateusz8969 yes but not as bad as Miami has seen one of the highest price hikes but that’s still across the south Florida market in general. It’s just different degrees of price hikes

This is a beautiful unit for someone rich and single with no kids. I wish the bedrooms and kitchen were bigger (as if I have $4.5 million dollars, right?!). 😂 Edgewater is such a cool community to live in and centrally located to everything you’ll need in Miami.
