Great Video! Long time subscriber. I think it is INCREDIBLY UNFAIR of you to talk about the water views without pointing out that the land to the east of the building is owned by the OKO group, and they will DEFINITELY be developing both parcels. So very soon (3 years is my guess), no more water views. And since you mentioned Miami in 10 years, definitely not water views by then. Just wanted to point this out.

Fair point! I did not mention that in this video but I always point out during in person showings that any plot of land/lowrise building in the vicinity will undoubtedly be over taken by a building at one point or another.
