After many years of owning BMW M3s and driving race cars, I bought a Land Rover for some new adventures - though I still have a passion for racing. Come with me as I build up my overlander and try out overlanding in the Pacific Northwest.
I also share videos and vlogs about my travels, outdoor adventures, and my every day life in Seattle, Washington.
Getting a BMW is like getting cancer. The cars new, leak and burn oil😂😂😂😂 the cooling systems are plastic.... The electrical systems fail from a timer that is programmed into each module. The dealerships tell you the module needs to be replaced and what they really do is reflash them, costs no money but 5-10min for upload and reboot.😂😂😂😂 So yeah, your dad should of bought you an American truck with a V8 and 4x4. You'd be more of a man and less if a little girl
😂 Thanks for the inside knowledge! Glad it's just a joke using trending audio and that I own a vehicle with a GM V8 that actually needs constant maintenance and still leaks in multiple places.
That's smart thinking, you want an old shit box when you start learning to drive. Get something made from metal 😂 something that sits higher than the average car. Stay away from Toyota because everyone swears they are good cars but the fact is they started having major effects with their engines after 2004. Aluminum blocks that cause the cylinder head bolts to walk the threads out due to vibrations over the years. I'd suggest a Ford, Chevy, Honda, or Nissan, I don't suggest Dodge because well if you're not buying a Cummins or a hellcat then you really shouldn't waste your time any further. All Dodge vehicles have the worst gas mileage. If you start with the average cost for common repairs for vehicles you're looking to buy, that would be the best way to go about it. 4-cylinders will usually cost you the least during repairs and obviously less money on fuel. 6cylinders are money pits and have to be babied to keep em from falling apart after 100k miles. And V8's suck on fuel but usually don't ever need anything but oil, tires and gas. You'll do one spark plug set, one fuel pump, one alternator, one water pump and radiator, one set of eight coil packs one set of ball joints upper and lower one set of shock struts, one transmission filter and fluid flush at 100k miles and that V8 truck will still be running when your kids get out of School 😂😂😂
Yeah ngl delayed plane caused late leaving from work. Got on the interstate, then onto I-4… I was cruising in my bmw and came into a complete stop at 2 a.m. every lane closed from a 4 car crash. 3/4 of the idiots were bmw drivers. It’s not all of us a I swear just most lol
F87! Especially if you can track down a CS. That car is special. If you asked G87, that'd be a harder choice. After my G87 M2 track comparison, I thought really hard about tracking down an M2 CS as I think it's the ideal successor to my E46 M3.
What a terrific review of this park! I'm sorry mate, you have good intentions but this is the crappiest car review ever. 11 minutes video, basically no driving impressions or any opinions other than the occasional wow. What a waste of time...
It was a beautiful park! And as it says in the title and description, this isn't a review, it's the BTS vlog of me shooting the review. For that, go watch the video on BMWBLOG which is linked at the end. You'll get all three info on the car, plus a little more of the beautiful park.
No worries! Just want to make sure you see the real thing as I'm sure that has what you're looking for. Keep all the review stuff there. This is just my channel and more about me sharing my experiences.
Anything other than the descriptive naming of the year of production makes absolutely no sense (to me). When you are born, you are only one year old after a year has passed. So I don't understand it 🤷🏻♂️ But that doesn't change anything about the video, because it's great! And now I'm off to drink a 2025 cappuccino (hopefully it's still warm).
Watched your original video…. Was so impressed, I bought the exact same car and picking it up Friday from NJ. My first BMW. Can’t wait to see more reviews on this version with the manual transmission.
Schwinn makes great value bikes at the Decathlon stores where I live but we in Asia also have access to a huge variety of value bikes from Giant and Merida too. I find that such bikes offer better value for money compared to the big brands as you generally get higher tier components at the same price point on these value bikes. The big brands mark up prices based on their 'superior' frames but to a casual biker like me I don't need the better rigidity/geometry/aerodynamics and neither will I be able to discern the differences. I have a Specialized and two Giants and the latter have generally better Shimano parts at the same price point.
I have a Z4 m40 on order, watched your review just now. The shot in Desert Springs in this video, you may have the answer I've been looking for. In a marketing film for the BMW F23 there is a- Smile Can if can Can. If I ever drive this Z4 across country I'd like to pilgrimage to that painted pumpkin painted can.
