As long as you're okay with your bike breaking down in the middle of your trip and issues like oil leak and rattling noise from it's body, You can go ahead with Royal Enfield Himalyan.
very high maintenance for a TVS manufactured engine. Avg annual maintenance cost 10k/service for engine oil change, brake fluid change, chain maintenance, air filter replacement. Hope this helps!
You made a common mistake here.. The center stand was not properly touched on the ground from the other side if you look carefully.. That's the reason why it becomes difficult to deploy the central stand
I am in love with gixxer sf 250 and thinking of buying it. But I would love to know more about its negative points rather then just knowing it’s positive’s. The fact that there r people in this comment section who have problems with ur opinion is really amazing. If u people don’t like the video skip it go and watch something else instead of getting annoyed at someone for sharing their knowledge or opinions or whatever they are doing. I like ur video it’s nice and informative ignore the stupidity in the comments section. ❤❤
Thank you! Did you test drive it? I found the engine note gruff and plastic quality not so great around the fairing. Service centres are not upto the mark to compliment the reliability Suzuki is known for. But if you love it none of these matter, enjoy your bike!
I am searching for bike which i can ride it on roads comfortably. Will do long rides on it. BMW g310gs looked good on sheets. Not interested in ktm you know the reasons
I have one and im still happy with it regardless. So if you don’t worry about the competition go ahead! But careful with sudden braking. The only major disappointment for me.
Great comparison 👌 wish the video would have been released 6 months earlier then i would not have made the mistake of buying meteor 350 which is giving me serious back ache even after upgrading the stiff suspension to nitrox😑, the only problem meteor has is its stiff rear suspension with the suspension directly below the rider seat due to which the tailbone gets all the jerks and with the feets so forward, it was made to look like Harley Davidson cruisers but Indian roads are not for these type of bikes😑
Even after reviewing both of them, I got myself the elder meteor 650 😅 Suspension is literally fatal on bad roads but then what can I say. Our hearts win over the mind and the idea of an indian bred cruiser excites us to make the mistake of choosing it, complain later and even then make the same mistake all over again ,if we went back in time 😊 Happy motorcycling 🐺
Yess but ull get bored very soon. So get a bike with a little more performance and character to keep you excited over the years. I purchased this before a year and im already so bored.
Nice review well photographed. I have been riding 50 years +. This bike has been the most enjoyable I've owned. It has been built to maximize cost. Of course it will not have superior suspension, brakes and horsepower. All of which can be easily modified by the way. (Too many mod vids to count). I don't believe "classics" can be named, but occasionally they can be designed, and this is one.
Great review ! You cleared all my doubts, being owner of a Meteor mainly because of the rock n' rollie look but always and exclusively dissapointed by It stiff and spine crusher rear suspensión ! Thanks so much !
Nice review, I think you have potential, compared to the visuals(manly/macho) the voice over is comparatively high pitch making you sound like a teenager try practicing talking in a low pitch and use voice modulation to keep the video engaging, good luck
The way you describe about motorcycles is really soothing to ears..don’t know why your channel has less subscribers and views ..i would love to see your channel growing..all the best👍🏻
bro what about hunter 350 vs classic 350 ? I'm confused b/w the two so can you please recommend mw which one to buy as I am a learner in bike riding...... so please recommend which one to go for btw loved your video❤
Tried both today. Classic felt good in handling in city and gave me the feeling of being in control. However, it was giving jerks in between and not sure if it was some servicing issue. Meteor engine refinement felt better despite both having same engine.
It's made for highways. And proper highways are less in India. May give medical issues later. Himalayan are a better choice for all roads in India. For other 350cc bikes for RE. It's recommended to use Nitrox Suspension from OEM to get a better experience on nasty roads of India.
This review is misleading. The bike he is riding is an old model and pretty badly used one. He is saying it got a buzy engine and parts are falling of. I am an owner of the sf 250 bs6 version and to be honest i never faced any such issues mentioned in this video. Stop making such contents brother.
i have a trident and it feels really good to ride it. However, unless you're very careful, instead of breaking the shackles holding you down, you may break the bones that allow you to stand up :-)
The 2020 ,21 Starting production meteor and the running ones are very different. The earlier ones are heavier , have lower ground clearance and seating position is more commanding. The engine and gearbox I felt it performed really well, but on the 2023 model which I had bought Is a completely different vehicle from that and has all the shortcomings of what you said. Gearbox is just clanky , false neutrals and unbalanced suspension.
Hi brother, the cruiser segment doesn’t allow a more comfortable setup than this! This is actually far better than hardcore cruisers like Super Meteor 650.
Thanks for the reply. Some of the reviews I have seen suggest for a change to the old classic nitric suspension for a better experience. Also what's your take on the pillion touring seat. I seriously need to experience tbe pillion riding comfort.
Brother if it was me. I would go for the classic! Meteor is a looker but not as versatile like the classic to take it everywhere. Also stiff rear suspension makes pillion life nauseous.
I agree brother. But I already have a Meteor and it suits me perfectly considering I'm not a daily driver. I occasionally go on touring. It's just great when I go alone, but it gives a hard time to the pillion especially when the roads are not great. How is the touring seat for the pillion? Can it improve the experience a bit?
