Dr Ali Abdaal is the world’s most followed productivity expert and author of 'Feel Good-Productivity' the brand new book that reveals why the secret to productivity isn’t discipline, it’s joy. In his podcast, Deep Dive, Ali sits down with inspiring creators, thinkers, entrepreneurs and high performers to help listeners build lives that they love.

Ali’s a firm believer that happiness isn’t the result of success - in fact, happiness is the key to success in the first place. Ali made this discovery while working as a doctor in a chaotic hospital ward. In the past, hard work had been the answer to every obstacle in his life. But no amount of hard work was going to combat panic and burnout.

So, Ali dedicated himself to figuring out a new approach to productivity - one that focuses on enjoying the journey and working towards truly meaningful goals. Deep Dive, with its authentic and engaging conversations, will give you all the insights you need to do just that.

Her information goes against homo sapient evolution (humans are Apex-Predators). Also, there’s no essential fibre (we can’t digest it..) or carbs (gluconeogenesis…) for humans. FYI Ali, as a Dr. You should ask for the research she’s saying exist and see who sponsored it and how they were done... is it ethical to lock twins for their entire life and control everything to see if only meat might cause or not cause harm? And finally.. a calorie is a heat measurement which has nothing to do with nutrition.

Fantastic video. Cal Newport has incredible insights and I loved listening to you talk to each other @Ali... I'm a huge fan. I have an opinion to share with you. I don't think you should use curse words. I watched you on Mark Mansons podcast and listening to this one... It just doesn't seem authentic for you to swear and my advice would be to lean into not swearing It's almost like you're too nice or something Lol... Not sure. Use it don't use it! :) Just a thought. Hope it helps

When my two favourite people come together and have a friendly chat based on curiosity and shared experiences, it is a whole symphony coming out of it. Especially at the end the discussion of masculine and feminin resonates so much with me, I cant even describe with words. Thank you guys.

I only wonder if this guy has an answer to how a person's outlook should be if they were "resilient" and had nothing but struggle, hardship, poverty and violence thown at them, only to struggle and be "resilient" their entire working life, and realize that after all that perseverance, hard work and resilience", still got nowhere near your goals. it's so easy to tell someone just look on the bright side of life when that person has never or only barely had a taste of the bright side.

I definitely think there’s a balance. Don’t base things off looks, but go for character. But don’t marry someone you think is ugly. Because respect will eventually go away if you’re not some kind of attracted to the person.

Hi Ali Can you collaborate on a podcast with Rian Doris (the flow master... or whatever you call him as...). He is a great university professor, just like Cal in this video. I've seen his videos for a short time now and he gives good advice, take a look at his channel on RU-vid, and post a podcast if possible. Thanks

Special comment: Lower Your standards if you are a woman, and finding true love will come into your life as soon as possible. Being picky does not help anyone! We all want to go to the Prom and to Morp in the end. Women need to see that they too will get unattractive with time so pick an inferior guy and you are good to go. George Clooney and Rocco Siffredi are already married. They (women) need to lower their standards, and this is what Logan Ury is saying in her main message to her audience when it comes to her book. If you can't marry an 8 then marry a 4 in terms of looks, but as long as he is a provider you then will be okay (love wise). Logan Ury married a Sub Five Guy. He is no Brian Bloom, but women if Caucasian should be happy that they will be marrying an Anglo man (who has the Anglo DNA Code). That is good enough, right?! Marry for security and marry a Beta guy is technically her message in her book, but it is said in a very pro way because she works at Hinge/Bumble. (And because she is Logan Ury). June 9, 2024 USA

We said I love u at 2 years. She finally came out with it. She has fallen ❤extremely madly with me . She had no issues to express that I didn't say it back cas I did better..I PUT LOVE INTO ACTIONS. My thing was "am I ready to be in a place of possible heartbreak"¿? I was 3 years healed from 17 year marriage to narc. I was best shape in my life. She was a lilittle l3ss time separated but numbing. I showed her life sober was, gonna be great. I helped her out of that and made life great, we were best friends, i was the best to her as we progressed and her response just fit me. I lead, years 4. I'm more anxious ❤and yes she is avoidant.i slipped, lied twice to keep her . And came clean about failing dtx. I loved our relationship and the lies screwed me up.she was highly successful career. My assets was how I loved her, it was real, when I fell I just couldn't get it together ..2 years she waited... now with reservations. I want her bk. It's horrible cas she rebound, in 2months he was all ready parked in my spot.. spending night, I got discarded and just forgot who I was. Who I built 💪 after divorce. Bad break, my 1st . I'm lost

There are so many gold-nugget takeaways from this interview, Ali and Cole! Thank you both for sharing this level of knowledge for free online. For me, it was an absolutely paradigm-changing video. Cole laid out the difference between the old and new school of digital writing in such a calm and cool manner that the time just flew by. I found myself taking two pages of notes in no time at all. Of course, this is all very relevant in 2024 in the aftermatch of the Google HCUs. Sold on 'Ship 30 for 30' and a raving fan now!
