I don't think you should use curse words. I watched you on Mark Mansons podcast and listening to this one... It just doesn't seem authentic for you to swear and my advice would be to lean into not swearing It's almost like you're too nice or something Lol... Not sure. Use it don't use it! :) Just a thought. I only wonder if this guy has an answer to how a person's outlook should be if they were "resilient" and had nothing but struggle, hardship, poverty and violence thown at them, only to struggle and be "resilient" their entire working life, and realize that after all that perseverance, hard work and resilience", still got nowhere near your goals. it's so easy to tell someone just look on the bright side of life when that person has never or only barely had a taste of the bright side.
