I listened to the whole thing, and still can’t figure out why the title is ‘how to get from $10k to $100k a month’ when really, the whole podcast was ‘how can we help Ali Abdaal go from $5m to $10m a year in his own business.’

Because these systems work for every business! Sales and marketing talking here, and believe he broke down the steps to upgrade any business revenue. Business foundations for any company, to scale from a certain level to another!!

Yes, but you're supposed to relate yourself with what Matt keeps suggesting. I got hell lot of value from this podcast because I used what Ali said and listened to how Matt suggested implementing those systems. It works for every business, but not for the people who complain.

Ali, you always turn every guest so-called interview into a session for you all about yourself, your business schemes, your money, your brand, your work flow, you, you, you. It is so tedious. Honestly, the viewer does not even care about you. We are obviously looking for information about our own businesses, but instead get frustrated hearing all about you you you. Your entire generation is so narcissistic. The whole youtuber ‘how to build a youtube channel’ thing is getting so old. You all have newsletters, sell courses, sell brand service deals. Yawn. You should have done a useful channel about medicine. Instead of seeking money for yourself with all of your money schemes and who the F out there has a thousand bucks to spend on this crap? The whole ‘give us your email’ thing is so old, people are on to that now.

Not sure if people will find this useful, after hearing Ali stores everything in Notion, I also use Notion and used the AI to create a prompt to analyse how our SOP's could be improved and organised better. Helped me at least to know what needs to be done to improve our business processes!

Loving this series, Ali! Matt Gray is tips were on point. For those tackling cold emails, Mystrika is a gem. The user-friendly interface and pay-once-use-forever model is a Godsend for budget-conscious entrepreneurs. Not to mention, their A/B testing feature helped me optimize my open rates like never before. The guide they offer is packed with value too, a definite must-read.
