When we are watching a recipe from another country, we all have to be patient. A person from another country may not be aware of these differences. Yes, it can be confusing. We just need to ask a question and hopefully they will give us an answer. Let’s be kind to others. Than you.
приготовила, строго следуя рецепту. Мои выводы: сахара слишком много, очень сладко; также яблоки не нужно замачивать в лимоне, достаточно нарезать непосредственно перед тем, как добавить в тесто, тогда они не окислятся, иначе некоторые виды лимона дадут горечь, как в моем случае. Также я бы добавила еще немного муки, тесто жидкое и как следствие у меня готовилось не 40 минут, а 70. В целом неплохо, но не самый удачный рецепт.
I cooked it strictly following the recipe. My conclusions: too much sugar, too sweet; also, you don't need to soak the apples in lemon, just cut them up right before adding them to the dough, then they won't oxidize, otherwise some types of lemon will give bitterness, as in my case. I would also add a little more flour, the dough is runny and as a result, it took me 70 minutes to cook instead of 40. Overall, not bad, but not the best recipe.
I don’t like overly sweet desserts myself and I find that when I decrease by 25% the finished product is still ok. How much sugar do you think will be ok?
