Welcome to my Angling channel. Here you will find a dedicated match angling (based on the Fenlands of East Anglia) podcast and a lure fishing podcast. Plus a range of videos showcasing different anglers, via match angling, on natural and commercial venues. My good self will be throwing a range different lures to catch any unsuspecting predators. I aim to publish at least one video a week so that myself and other team members can keep you guys informed of local and national angling trends and more importantly keep you all entertained. Really enjoying the pod, currently got a hobie compass taken it a few times out in the lakes looking forward to getting out on my local river. Would like to hear how you go about targeting perch in the summer months.
My ❤️ is topwater…. The perch will literally kill it but they only switch on for a short feeding window…try last 2hrs of the day…but remember…location, location, location…Good luck
Nice one guys, always great to watch another episode. I bought a second hand kayak this in the beginning of the year for an absolute steal. So cheap I've spent more on upgrades than the actual kayak itself hehe I really enjoy it because it opened my horizons, i can go to places i would never be able to go fishing otherwise and I can now reach areas on my usual spots that I could reach from the bank. I would love to join you guys on one of those adventures one day! Wish you all the best🤜🏼🤛🏼
I think this is all very interesting and honourable, but you all know who it was and many of us don’t. By now the truth should be out. If he has a channel I’m subscribed to, I’d want to know. I just hope it is none of those I follow religiously, I’d feel betrayed. I fish purely for pleasure - the competition is my own ability. Currently, I’m 3-nil up😂👍
Andy you should have used one of REG BARKERS throwing cups to put your groundbait out ..he used to put balls of groundbait out across to the far side of the Welland they was the size of grapefruit he had all his bait in with in 2 minutes !! It was a fray bentos Tin screwed to a broom handle & he won more Welland championships than anyone even Ivan Marks & the Leicester likely Lads couldn't handle Reg ...Have a great story of RAY ( the pole ) Mumford sitting next to Reg on the Welland in a big match !!!
Hiya the story of Reg Barker one of the best bream anglers in the Fens in the late 60s early 70 s was fishing a big open on the wide river Welland & he was drawn next to Ray Mumford who at that particular time was one of only a few POLE angler's in the UK REG absolutely hammered Ray & when Ray went back afterwards to the headquarters all the organisers were fussing around him asking how ha got on ..Ray had his girlfriend or wife sitting behind him all day & Ray ended up with some roach & REG had nearly 40 lb of bream from the far side using his throwing stick as he called it & was telling the organisers how this agricultural was fishing & more or less saying he couldn't fish !!! They asked Ray what peg he was & checked up to see who was beside him !!! They didn't know what to say as they knew Reg well as a consistent winner, winning the WELLAND CHAMPIONSHIP SEVERAL TIMES !! Ray left with his tale between his legs . Now be it Reg could tell a tale or 3 but it makes a great story & have loads more about the old Fen bream Anglers. !!! Del g@@jangojango4823

They were Asian otters released from the otter trust place near Beccles, so they were hardly indigenous. I have pictures of what an otter will do to a 3lb perch: just eat the throat and gills and leave the rest to rot. No different to a fox in a chicken run. They’re complete bast’ads!!!
People avoiding naming him is ridiculous. If we’re trying to build something similar to the American model then once cheats are caught they should be thoroughly outed. The guy is back posting fishing content on Instagram as if nothing happened. I’d be far to embarrassed to be seen with a rod in my hand again.
Add sugar or molasses then soak for at least a couple of days and no need to boil it, nothing wrong with it after a week when its fermenting. Ive scraped the mould off the top and caught carp loads of times.
On my TV I can hear the little bit at the beginning and then the title music and then the sound disappears, adverts still play fine later on and not having the issue with any other YT channels. Not the first time it’s happened on FF video as I’ve had it before but works fine on my phone. 🤷🏻♂️
ANYONE….if you are having issues with the sound it’s your settings on RU-vid. Not the video RU-vid may have done an update recently. Check your audio settings on RU-vid 👍🏼
Brilliant! Such a gentleman is Bob. Seen him on the town Welland and Glen a few times. Always in awe of the legend. Keep doing the podcasts boys, gives me something to look forward to, with a link to old stomping ground (now in NZ)
