Anyone going through this hang in there, I had this done about 3 months ago. I had surgery 10 weeks ago and I’m feeling good during day to day activities. Can’t lift anything to heavy yet but I’m getting there
Five years later, my scaphoid is still broken. Has anyone else experienced a non-union even after surgery? Are there any options for healing without surgery? I would appreciate hearing about all possible alternatives.
My right shoulder keeps dislocating every time I reach for something. As soon as I pull my arm back, it goes back into place. This has been happening for the past weeks. Just started out of nowhere, with no injuries or anything.
I tore my ligaments in my roatator cuff lifting years ago, and here recently I had a motorcycle wreck leaving me with a level 3 ac sprain more torn ligaments and a torn bicep. Im beginning to lift heavier weights now and im wandering how much more stability will surgery offer and how my range of motion will be affected?
Once upon a time, I was a boy in high school. I had the same problem. But by bending my wrist and tighting it with a wristwatch, i got rid of it. I have not had such a problem since then. Ps. Do not try it !
What a nice detailed explanation! I currently have type 2 separation i think (along with fractured hip, tibia and fibula) and ive been having pain. Nice to see whats going on in there.
For those who have a bump on the back of the wrist, you may try the table edge method. First close the hand into a tight fist, bend the wrist to bulge the bump out, and quickly hit the bump against the table's edge several times until the bump is flatten or is no longer there. It is like doing kung-fu against the table's edge, but do not do it too hard. Good luck and I hope it will work for you.
