I love that you say No Contact is important when manifesting an Ex back because YOU will need the space to grow and fulfill yourself. Again, your SP won't fulfill you. They will only be a reflection of your already fulfilled being <3 You being you and just having feelings for them is enough! I also do all the things you recommended: planning my trips, doing things I enjoy purely bc I enjoy them, not to gain anything from them, meditation (that just help with word & thought chaos in your mind), yoga as it puts meditation into the sports aspect, do sport bc I enjoy doing sport, not to lose any weight (not necessary for me really xD) and gosh, it feels so good. I even thought of learning two other languages just for the heck of liking their sound, not because it would bring me any 3D benefit. (Even though it is very cool to just say "hey, I speak four languages" but just saying this is so cool xD) This process also helps you to naturally detach from any outcome. I deeply appreciate and love how you mention that Self Concept is absolutely crucial <3 Got to the level of not even caring if my SP comes back, as the thought and belief of them coming back is enough to me already, as I am so happy with my life, I certainly do not need them to make it better. I live my life to the fullest and enjoy every second of it and being curious what wonderful things the universe has ready for me. I just know that no matter what will come, it will turn out to be amazing <3 Wish you and Margarita a wonderful life together! You truly deserve it <3
Thank you for this. It would be helpful to know, if you are comfortable sharing, exactly what you were guilty about in your sp journey with some concrete examples. This would help me to know how one is supposed to be handling certain thoughts specific to experiences we’ve had with someone
When you there are other people you can get it from is that just to be open to it overall , to allow it to flow better ? Because you yourself have want an sp, so should we stop wanting that . Can you elaborate a bit better on that .? Ill keep looking at the video to see if I understand what youre saying better . Hope to hear from you thanks .
@@Here-Nor-There okay. I been at it for a minute. It’s actually fun before bed. Sometimes it’s discouraging when I wake up to the 3D. But I push through.
Step 1: Acknowledge to yourself what you feel guilty about Step 2: Meditate on why you feel that way Step 3: In meditation, replay the thoughts you're having and forgive yourself. Forgive others who have wronged you as well. Step 4: Let it go. Move forward looking at yourself as the person who's forgiven, not the person who still harbors the negative memories of guilt, shame and resentment.

Im fimished with my ex 18 months now, we were together for 7 years, i did everything you shouldnt have done - beg, pleaded, got angry foe rejection, im blocked on everything and she basically laughed to other people about how im stalking her
@@user-xu4xj2cd2j Yes, I left her alone and focused on my own happiness. She came back AFTER I found happiness in my own life. Strive to achieve the feeling of being loved and loving back and the 3D will respond. Do this with your family, friends or new romantic partners.

So I want to make sure I understand… rather than “I am wealthy” I could say “I am abundantly grateful for my financial freedom” or is that too long? 🤔 Rather than “I have a beautiful swimming pool” instead I say…?…”I am enjoying swimming pool”…? Hello! Thank you for the comments on my smile! It's been great to have them off! Well, you can most definitely say "I am wealthy", but it's more potent to add an emotion to it. "I feel liberated to be so wealthy" for example. Yes, the swimming pool example was perfect. It's the feeling of having what we want that we desire, not just having it. I recommend background music or nature sounds for subs!

Oh so timely!! I felt so much rage yesterday at having compromised myself to get my SPs attention. Accepting less than the love from them I know I am calling in. I stood in the shower and told myself I am wasting away the version of me that didn’t honour myself in interactions. The shift was huge. I wasn’t really aware of what I was doing, my soul was just calling me to do it. Your video makes sense of it for me. I was washing away the guilt. Thank you thank you ❤️

Hello, I just recently found you and have been listening. I love that you teach about Law Of Assumption. I am struggling with an affirmation to be able to be retired, but with plenty of money to be able to live very comfortably without working for the rest of my life, and being debt free.
