I have same similar set up in a 100e new 45’s car runs like shit pop bang runs rich on idle 7 +percent co ease engine speed to 1500-1800 it leans down to 0.020 on co . Used different jet sizes like you have with no luck . Ripped them of today and put a set of 40’s on that have been sat for meany year and the car runs great no popping at all .
Having done this many years ago it will require a reasonable amount of cutting. Tunnel needs to come up a few inches and modified sump. If they have hydraulic clutch at the top of the bell housing same as the earlier boxes it will also need a relief in the fire wall. If it was me I would leave it as is due to the value of them these days. Better off putting it in something cheaper
Hi not long I brought my rug Doctor from there website as a recon machine. For £80 very good machine, and it don't take that long as it socks out most of the water. Just put car heaters on and it fine.
Hi mate, I’ve watched one of your videos on replacing a lower control arm on a transit custom. I’m struggling to find the part number for the bolt you replaced that goes through the subframe into the frame. Any info I’d greatly appreciate as I’m really struggling. (Commented on here as this is the only video I could find with comments enabled)
My vehicle is abipper 1300 diesel profesional, I’ve try ur tip with the screws but the wear is that bad to the nylon socket it still remains floppy, help please, stuart
What I remember the back part has 2 pins that slot it in place by parcel shelf and at the bottom 2 bolts and a small clamp. The main seat just slots in and is just pushed in place where seat cross member is. Hope that helps
About to do this myself but ordered a seat cutting kit. These Transits need a 17mm x 17mm Cutter. You are running the risk of the new washers not seating properly if you don't remove all the carbon deposits. Also the clamp bolts need replacing as they are single use.
