Hello, it's Drew, thanks for checking out my channel. I'm a guitarist, bassist and drummer living in Clarksville, TN. On this channel expect to see my music, playthrough videos, guitars lessons and gear reviews, all in the metal realms!!! Welcome 🤘
If you have any questions about anything guitar related or are interested in guitar lessons, contact me here:
They are comparable, the Ox Fuzz is a little nastier, where as the Life Pedal is more compressed and smooth. I love them both but if I had to pick one, I’d go for the Ox.
@@DrewCreal Yeah that is what I am hearing in the demos too. The similarities are enough that I am happy to stick with my Life Pedal V2, but that heavy enclosure sure is tempting.
parallel mix> stacking all day for me. I was playing around with a new setup and this vid popped into my feed-great timing! I think I'm going to go with a lehle splitter though as I want one amp to just be clean and not have residual noise from the gain stages when bypassed :)
@@DrewCreal They go from sounding like a nice overdrive pedal to having this weird blend between clean sound and gain...and once it sets in you cannot get rid of it!!!(you always have this weird clean signal kinda overriding everything...and it gives the drive sound this weird twang I hate(turns the drive sound spikey in a weird way too)...IT WANST LIKE THAT WHEN I BOUGHT IT><>>I CAN HEAR IT in yours too!!! Eventually sold it outright! When it came It had this GLORIOUS overdriven sound...kinda sounded like MY Krank Krankshaft...thats why I stuck with the Krank...it hasnt changed character at all!!!(and I have had that pedal for what...like 20 years)
At first, I was taken aback by your opinion these budget pedals, I'm currently one of those who are into budget pedals, but i realized that you were still actually being quite reasonable , you cared more about people having the best , not out of being relevant or up to date with the latest expensive gear, but to ensure what they purchase is something they can at least hold on to on the long run. You are telling people to be cautious because there is some truth to what you say, some of these companies don't actually care. Anyhow, you got subbed, even though im more on the budget side of things, i totally understand your take and it would be good to hear out different takes and opinions. tc and hope to see more videos from you dude. (:
I’m learning about metal more, I grew up on old school rap but phased to a bit country with my new girl at the time 3 years ago. But metal hits my soul, I’ve listened to metal rap a bit before an think that was my gateway to the real deal
Really cool,OBNE are awesome. Parallel drives have always served me far better than stacking and it is great to see more companies are including this. The lichtlaerm pedals for instance.
I wish people would stop talking about The End as if it were The Muse. It’s a classy joint. I’m not saying the muse was a bad place either. It was a different aesthetic. But The End is clean venue. I respect the hell out of Bruce for keeping that place alive while all this shit is going down in Nashville. Sure it’s dark and off. But that’s just its vibe. You definitely won’t catch hepatitis from the bathrooms. The End is the perfect venue for bands that are about to take off.
No shade on The End at all, we love The End and Bruce keeps it clean in there. The bathrooms are a punk rock experience for sure, but you're right, they are clean. Could you describe The End as classy? It depends on what your definition is of that word. Thanks for checking out the video.
I was apart of the old rocketown with a rose:a crush and the Jersey sky. It was a great thing at one point. When they moved i knew it wouldn’t go well so I stayed away from them.
I noticed you have the Endless Blockade like myself. Do you use the “key” input, or just run straight into it? I’m thinking of buying a Fortin Spliff to get the most out of it.
When I play live through my tube amp I use the Endless Blockade with all the inputs, keeps my rig dead silent even with high gain pedals going into an already high gain amp. I'm not sure why you would need something like the Spliff, a $50 used tuner from Boss would do the trick to serve as a buffer before the Endless Blockade. And you need a tuner right? Thanks for checking out the video.
Brodequin from Nashville I think 🤔 new album is dope I would like to know more thrash/metal from Tennessee if you recommend I would like to know. Drew keep it brutal like always man 😎🤟
One thing to keep in mind with sites like that, the stuff comes straight from china to you. Now with pedals you should be fine mostly but i would never ever buy something that can burn my house down if the ROHS or CE label is fake😂
I vote deathcore lore for the name of these type interviews but also so so cool hearing everyone’s inspiration and dreams to be heard. Sending positive growth to Proselyte and their members 🤘🏼🖤
We absolutely are deficient in good metals shows here in central AL. With how fast Cullman is growing I wish we could get a dedicated and respectable venue for alternative shows that aren’t country or Rock the South types.
I feel this man! Be the change you want to see in the world. I know that’s easier said than done. Hoping you guys are able to get a venue down there and start booking bands 🤘🤘🤘
