Wemby learning how to do this for 20 years at an mvp level from LeBron shouldn’t be underestimated. Longevity alone would be worth the price.plus San Antonio being a small market team would greatly benefit from LeBron James coming to town. I believe there was a study done on the economic impact that he has when he comes to a team and it’s in the billions. Small market should ever turn down such an opportunity to gain viewership. Grow its fan base and increase its visibility. Lastly, I’ll say that drafting his son would greatly benefit both LeBron Son and the Spurs. They are looking for someone young to pair their superstar that knows how to pass play defense has a high basketball IQ can shoot well. If the Spurs played correctly, they can win now with Wanyama and LeBron and they get lucky they might win LeBron turn out to be a superstar. You all should know by now there is no promise that winning will happen later for windy. It’s not guaranteed if you have the opportunity to become relevant and pursue an NBA championship despite how young he is and economically you take the shot even if it cost you a second round pick increase will justify. The upside that Ronnie has alone will justify it the respect and LeBron have for one another, justify it. Although I’m not a fan of the Spurs, I do fancy them a first class organization and highly competent. If I’m the GM or Coach, there’s no way I’m letting an opportunity like this past. Our young superstar can learn too much from LeBron stands the game too much financially, and we might get another superstar in the draft out of it. We draft LeBron LeBron James. This is the way I wouldn’t want to end my career a winner giving My Son the best opportunity to develop under Coach.
Congrats for making this channel. I'm subscribing b/c I believe that VW, barring injury, he will be the GOAT b/c you have a basketball physical specimen in a 7'5" body...and a humble young man with a Jordanesque competitive spirit. Spurs got lucky when they won that lotto.
Bro, this video was recommended watch while I was working. Then I hear the voice, and it sounds so familiar. I look up and I see my boy Clint Wolf and was shocked lol. Didn’t know you started an another channel, let alone about my Spurs. As a life long fan, and thoroughly happy about were we are headed with Wemby, looking forward to hearing your thoughts as we move forward.
McCants might be the dumbest basketball talking head I’ve ever heard. His takes are trash. But what makes it even worst, is that he actually played in the league for a good bit, AND he was a key piece on those Carolina teams in the early 2000’s. And despite all of that, he knows nothing about basketball lol
Dark matter makes up 96% of our reality, or 97% can remember exactly. We only see about 3% of light matter through photon rays and electromagnetic fields. Our eyes just reflect photon waves and project that image to our brain. Really if you think about it. It’s just an illusion we create in our mind. But we create it as reality.
I like Kenyan but he tends to agree with gil everytime, especially when mccants is on. Look mccants my dude and alot of his " wild takes" do speak truth over time. He the only one not fooled and caught in the moment
MVP should be the only thing based on team winning. The Real DPOY Wemby is the best defender and shredded all categories. Gobert got the edge for his team winning. But his team is good defensively without him. The Spurs were dog shittt without Wemby on Offense and especially on Defense. Go Spurs Go!
When rudy on the floor 109.7and him outside 111.5 its only 1.9 difference while wemby inside the game was 117.2 outside 123.1 thats almost 6 points diff erence.. 🤣
You're a Wemby fanboy😂😂😂 Spurs sucked this year and was one of the worst defensive teams. But because Wemby is 7'4 and blocked a lot of shot that didn't translate into wins you Cap for Wemby😂😂😂
It’s funny how people like to marginalize achievements by taking away a characteristic fundamental to a particular player: -If Shaq wasn’t 300 pounds and all muscle.. -If Michael and Kobe weren’t freakishly athletic -If Wemby wasn’t so tall. But he is…..and they were…… Fact remains: The T Wolves are still one of the top 5 defensive teams in the league WITHOUT Gobert on the court. Wemby changes the Spurs from the very worst defensive team to one of the top 5, by himself.
We don't need D.Booker & Robby. By the way, Sidy won't go anywhere. I hope we can go for Magic's Isaac and Wizard's Avdija this summer. If we go lacky, we may have the starters line like this: Wemby Isaac Avdija Vassell Tre Plus our own 2024 1st pick to backup.
Your trade machine is using 2023-24 books. It needs to be using 2024-25 books. Though this still might work. First, Booker will make $49.2M next year. Then, Graham is 12.1m but only 2.3m (or so) guaranteed. So he is great trade piece for Suns to waive him and SAVE money. But Zach Collins actually extended for 2 more years now at $16.7 next year. Suns much less likely to want this salary on their books. Plus, Suns do not need to salary match. They would be able to and aiming at taking back much less salary than outgoing, to get under their 2nd Tax apron. In the end, this still could work. Cissoko could swap out with ANY of our less proven young projects (ie. Wesley or Malaki)
The Phoenix Suns experiment is a bust KD, Booker, and Beal can't play together. The problem isn't Booker, it's KD. He (KD) has failed ever since he left the Warriors.
As a Spurs fan it is a workable trade. But Booker is not really liked by us Spurs fans. Points wise he makes a difference, don't know much about his defense though.
As a fan, not a fan of the trade. Booker not realistic. Although we do need shooting for sure. Pop is going to want to keep Cissoko since he's a good defensive player/pest which is what Pop wants and he was starting to come into his own. KJ and Zach I can see getting traded because while I love KJ he plays ok defense and his scoring can be inconsistent. Zach brings toughness but also got too inconsistent at times.
