Wow 💛 Such an amazing seminar David. Thank you 🙏 I loved the mind prop for bringing down the blood pressure, and it was so eye-opening about not being the pain, tiredness, restlessness etc., but the awareness and that it's possible to come to stillness just like that.
David went to the doctor on Wednesday told me my heart rate was high and asked me to see a cardiologist in Oct and gave me medication which I dont want to take believe in natural healing pressure went high after eating celery juice with cucumber and spinach what can I do
Very powerful. Thank you David 🙏 When moving up the chakra ladder, do we also move the focus of the breath of fire from the lower dantian to the given chakra center, or do we keep the focus of the breathing in the lower dantian?
Oh I think I just got the answer in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KA74dfPZn-s.html How serendipitous that this was the next one for me in the vlog series 🥰 David, do I understand correctly that the breath of fire is physically kept down in the lower belly and dantian, and it's only the focus of the mind that we change and direct to the given chakra center as we move up the chakra ladder?
Some of the attention can go to the chakra but most attention and all breath stays in lower dantian and belly as a whole including solar plexus. 💕☀️✨☮️🙏🏻🤙
Thank you so much David. I am learning so much in this series. Your way of explaining is so easy to understand, fun and relatable 🙏 I am really excited for doing (and experiencing) this breathing practice every single day from now on.
Doing qi Gong caused significant energy shift in my life but I find it ironic as got healthier as I gain more of myself, certain people that I guess I can say I would find myself having to question their intentions before, began to disconnect themselves from my life without me having to say a word
Thank you David for this great 3-part series I learned and experienced a lot 🌞and I am definitely feeling more and more what you described in one of the videos that one starts to feel a pull towards Qigong and wanting to practice more and more because it is just so transformative 🤗 I'm loving it
Thank you David. I loved it and learned a lot.🤗 So much heat was generated in my body. It was also awesome to experience how much the breath of fire helped me to be able to keep the pose for longer.
Thank you so much David It was so interesting to feel how much the mudra contributed to my ability to stay focused. I have never experienced this before. Your guidance was absolutely amazing and during the night I realized that my breathing has improved even in my sleep and throughout the night e.g. if I have a dream that is not particularly pleasant and I wake somewhat up from/come out of that dream, I automatically breathe out very deeply and then take a deep, lower dantian breath in. It's wonderful to notice these improvements all thanks to the daily Qigong practice with you 🙏
I really appreciate your including and reminding us of the marching between exercises not only for grounding but also for moving the legs a bit 🤗 Love learning from you and doing Qigong with you ❤
David I eat also at 1 or 3pm each day in the morning I have orange juice with grapefruit, half of a lim e or lemon mix with carrots which I make myself but I have put on weight from 30 to 180 which worries me I've been doing Qigong on a regular basis had to slow done when my knees start hurting but still won't give up I did yr hbp exercise and it helped Abita still will do it thanks again
Check out my videos related to Qigong for your knees. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nQBgCD_uh2s.htmlsi=OUjrTELMcYnLDRyE Also I highly recommend practicing Qigong while seated. Also I highly recommend intermittent fasting. Also check out Dr Eric Berg on RU-vid. He's got a ton of videos on home health healing tips. But either way I would recommend intermittent fasting, some green tea and maybe even some coffee to Kickstart that fat burn and move that liver. 💞
Oh wow. It was such a fantastic webinar with amazing takeaways (the relationship of emotions and the past, the importance of keeping things flow, "doing nothing" as a state of being, just to name a few). I learned so so much. My lower dantian was so tight in the beginning, and became softer and softer as we progressed. I loved Carrie's story at the doctor's office 😍😄 It's inspiring and empowering how grounded and aware she was. Oh and one more thing, I only started Qigong and practicing with you daily a little bit more than 3 weeks ago, and I have been noticing that I am able to breath so much deeper not only during the sessions, but throughout the day too. I am so grateful for those deep breaths and I'm getting those more and more often. It just feels absolutely amazing. Thank you 🙏
Thank you David for sharing your story with us. I have never been able to put this into words before, but the feeling of pain and hurting because of witnessing the suffering around you resonated with me deeply. Your book and Qigong sessions are absolutely amazing and truly life-changing. I am looking forward to watching the rest of this series.
What an amazing sequence. 🌟 I love how much we can learn from you in every single session as you invite us to a deeper understanding of the practices we do. Thank you David. 🙏
I have learned so so much. It was such a wonderful webinar. I had goosebumps several times. Thank you David and everyone else who has contributed (in the past and in the future too) 🙏💛
1:55 CYCLIST, you wanted to say CYCLIST. It's amazing to me that I have not found any qigong practices tailored to cyclists. Ahh well... I'm a cyclist with very lousy recovery and am looking to improve my recovery time so I can train harder, more often ,so that I can keep up with my buddies who are all faster than me. Are there specific exercises or visualizations that will help with this? Thanks so much!
Greetings, and thanks for reaching out. The first thing I would recommend is one of the most popular Qigong forms call the eight brocades. And because you are looking for quicker recovery and you're already exercising a lot I would recommend the short version of it. This is a great place to start for overall body conditioning and rebuilding your energy levels. Once your energy is up you recover more quickly. Again I recommend starting with this particular video and at some point you may also want to try our 21 day Qigong challenge. That is a product that you can find on our website. It starts you off with just 10 minutes a day which is actually perfect for a beginner. And it leads you straight through 21 days of practicing 10 minutes a day with the option of doing double 10 minute rounds. That is also a great way to be introduced to Qigong and also start rebuilding your energy and therefore expedite your recovery time. I will be filming again in the near future and I will consider creating a videos specific for cyclists, if I feel that one is warranted. Overall my first initial thinking is to send you in the direction of these particular practices because they will strengthen the overall body, a big part of which is made up of your legs as well as building up your lower belly, which in Chinese medicine is called the lower Dan Tien. This is the same area in Fitness that is called the core, but in traditional Chinese medicine in Dallas practices of Qigong we are also talking about the energetic core not just the physical core. We are also talking about the gut. So this becomes a primary location to begin bringing energy and attention etc and in fact this area of the body acts like a battery so recharging it is a huge part of what my particular Qigong practices are all about. That is something that was emphasized to me by my teachers over the many years. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_08NNgIWLiA.htmlsi=aV3795jFkbwV5Su1
