Hi David, I'm on day 17 of the 21 day challenge. I'm really enjoying it. Thank You. I'm troubled with chronic dry mouth and hoarseness in my voice due to anxiety and sleep problems. I have been inhaling/exhaling through my nose only since it's making my symptoms worse if I exhale through my mouth. Is it OK I do this? Is there a way to clear our the throat chakra? Any other suggestions? I appreciate your help. I have been spending a lot of time and practising from your videos on youtube. I'm 66 years young, my legs and arms been sore, so this week I have been doing sitting practising. Thanks Again

Yes you can breathe in and out through nose. Good for activating parasympathetic NS. Also recommended holding lower belly daily while in bed ten to fifteen minutes. Also five minutes holding solar plexus. Also fasting from morning until lunch or dinner drinking lemon water. These will all help! 🤙☀️🌈

Thanks David. I Love the Background. I am dealing with anxiety and chronic dry mouth so my glands are not working properly or have been affected from the anxiety. This video would help with this? I also have been watching and practising your 2 hr event you have on youtube for insomnia and stress

Greetings and thanks for reaching out! Yes this is a local park and I love it myself. I'm glad you are enjoying it. Yes what you are describing is of course anxiety but also the body's fight flight or freeze mechanism. And if you experienced this acutely and or chronically you will end up throwing off your endocrine system and your digestive system is intimately connected to that and that's going to throw off the saliva and leave you with a dry mouth. And of course other problems. Finding a balance within the energy bodies, the endocrine system, the digestive system the respiratory system caramel and the circulatory system etcetera are all major categories that are addressed through Qigong practice. I teach medical Qi gong as you may know so this tends to be quite a bit more technical. But because of the technical aspect were much more likely to get the healing results that were seeking. That is awesome that you're finding some helpful content already on the channel. If you search I have various videos on stress and anxiety and how to reduce it. And if and when you are ready I recommend an online course that we have which we call 21-day Qigong challenge. It's not super challenging. It is not difficult. The biggest challenge comes in keeping the consistency. But the course is designed to give you a 10-minute routine everyday. And the exercises that I chose are simple but perfect for beginners. And at any time you feel adventurous you can always do it 20 minutes a day. Once you purchase the course you will have ongoing access to it. I believe it's on sale for approximately $29 right now. I'm going to leave you a link here so at any point you're interested I would recommend the starting with this course. I have a bunch of other things that I could point you in the direction of but I think this is the simplest and easiest place for you to begin and start seeing results. Also this chorus will be on an online platformso just like RU-vid at any point if you have questions about any of the exercises or anything you'll be able to send me a little message and I'll be able to give you feedback and answer your questions.
