I think the head canon for those captains when you dismiss them is they go back to crew quarters and disembark at the next dock. But it is kinda funny to yeet them out the airlock.
Randy really did a cool job with the Scotia backstory. The band of refugees had picked up a 13 year old girl, and she came to Inc like: yeah they are no good. Im joining you. I think he looked her right in the eyes and knew right then that even though she's young that she was one of us. And the rest of the party betrayed the Guards and it's history. Perhaps then, for her own safety and her bravery she might be willing to trade her physical youth to one of the older guards so she may be a more capable fighter?
I feel like you should bring more small, harassing ship like wolves with you. They are great at dealing with the overwhelming amount of small ships that the path tend to field while also removing pressure from your legion and eradicators and allowing them to not get fluxed to death
For the flesh whip slave, could you not remove the arm and then miracle heal it back until you got a >Better< mutation for his... social economic class?

I know it’s a mod and you’ve stated your feelings on adding ones that aren’t important before, but one I think makes a lot of sense is one that changes the trade tariffs based on your relation to the faction, eventually getting to about 0%, I love using it for my games personally so I’m not forced to get all the black market penalties just for making a buck or two, or like you said, helping the faction out with shortages
The other items aren't that important ( fleet speed an sensor range matter almost none at all when my own fleet is max speed anyway and there's nothing left to find )
There are a few sure fire ways to get a couple of them, the Domain era stuff can give you some, but it’s mainly just searching the sector with a couple Atlai and Prometheus and going a-grave robbing
I had the thought watching this one, it would be pretty cool to have like bookcase doors or something like that where you can select who knows it's a door. Like a mod where you would have false walls/doors and could control secret areas that way. Would've been really cool for Amun-Ra's secret lab to be behind his throne or a statue that doubles as the door but no one else knows it.
