Thank you for your comment! You're absolutely right that SolKadhi isn't your typical curry, but rather a refreshing drink that's perfect for the summer. However, it's also commonly enjoyed with rice, particularly in coastal regions where it originates. We referred to it as a 'summer curry' to highlight its versatility and its popularity as a refreshing accompaniment to rice during warm weather. We appreciate your input and hope you enjoy it both as a drink and paired with rice if you give it a try!
Masala tea, as the name suggests, incorporates a blend of spices to create its distinct flavour profile. These spices add depth and richness to the tea, making it a delightful and aromatic experience. Thanks for noticing!
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Cracking and sticking can sometimes occur due to variations in heat or the consistency of the batter. Here are a few tips: 1. Adjust the Heat: Ensure that your pan or griddle is at the correct temperature. If it's too hot, the dosa may cook too quickly and crack. Avoid cooking on high flame. 2. Batter Consistency: The batter should be thin and watery, akin to buttermilk. If it's too thick, the dosa may not spread properly and could crack. Adding a bit more water can help achieve the desired consistency. 3. Quality of Rice: Keep in mind that poor-quality rice can lead to cracking of the dosas. 4. Grease the Tawa: Make sure your tawa is well-greased before pouring the batter. Preferably, use half an onion (as shown in the video) or a piece of banana stem to ensure even distribution of oil. 5. Use a Well-Seasoned Iron Tawa: If the tawa is not well-seasoned, it may result in sticking. Let us know if you would like us to upload a video on how to season ironware. 6. Practice Makes Perfect: Neer Dosa can be a bit tricky to master initially, so don't get discouraged! With practice, you'll improve your batter spreading and cooking techniques. We hope these tips help improve your Neer Dosa-making experience. Happy cooking!

Thank you for your question. Consuming tea in moderate amounts (1-2 cups a day) has been shown to be beneficial for the body. When preparing masala tea, it's important to consider your body's tolerance to the spices used. If you're sensitive to heat, you may want to reduce the amount of ginger used. Additionally, take into account the season when determining the quantity. During monsoons and winter, you might find yourself craving an extra cup. Happy cooking!

White pumpkin has a mild, almost neutral flavour of its own. However when cooked in dishes like Kashi Halwa, it transforms into a soft, sweet and almost creamy texture that beautifully absorbs the flavours of ghee and sugar. It’s subtleness allows it to complement and enhance the overall taste of the dish rather than overpowering it. We highly recommend trying out this dish, it’s a must try ! 😋
Thank you so much for your feedback! Yes, this recipe is a time saver for prepping those kids’ tiffins. Quick, delicious and kid approved - the perfect combination for busy mornings! 💼
