Thank you, I’m so used to ids I couldn’t figure this out and kept getting the RKE transmitter programming function but once I searched PATS it popped up. Rookie mistake lol
I just tried to do this. when I get to the NASTF login part I put in my credentials and it gives me an error about module connectivity and to restart the application. I did this 3 times and it did not work at all. any ideas?
can the tune Drop out ? i have this tuner on a supercharged coyote not sure of the tunes on the tuner and i don’t really want to touch it - but had a long drive yesterday and notice today it’s a bit harder to start and not as torquey
i change my instrument cluster on my ford everest 2018 and the new one doesn’t read my gas its pop up notifications that gas is empty… any inputs how to solve it
That is really quick which beats using my NGS STAR TOOL you have to type each line 10-12 lines of data for 01 Taurus , 3 blocks ea line of FFFF at end 01 time to switch over , GREAT VIDEO I’d like to see more with Forscan
I'm surprised to see you can do this with FDRS. Did you have to obtain any sort of 'security clearance' of sorts through Ford? Thought they were restricting key programming to verified techs/ locksmiths/ etc.
I was able to get it done with the raw 'AS BUILT' as described here: www.macheforum.com/site/threads/how-to-diy-disable-double-honk-with-mach-e-running-in-forscan.11374/ . Would be nice to see what other options are offered in the non-ASBUILT forscan proceedure tho.
I hope they still allow this. When I was in the Boy scouts we got to spend time at fort Leonard Wood wasn't amazing experience teaching us all the foreign weapons our enemies use running the obstacle courses living in barracks watching the A-10 do runs up close, hanging out with special forces doing engineering school.
must not work anymore... FORScan looks completely different under body control module screen now. just a whole bunch of numbers and values and no way to search like you did

Hey, I hope you see this. I just bought a really clean 2000 excursion 7.3l 4x4. Everything works perfect except the electronic 4x4. I’ve tracked it to the gem module. I’m suspicious for various reasons that the factory gem failed, and somebody replaced it with a 4x2 gem with same options. I ordered one with the same part number and it does the same so I’m trying to find someone in the Cincinnati Ohio area that can use my vin to download the factory programming and upload it on my gem. Or, find out what I need to buy to do it myself.
Take the traction control off, roll backwards while in neutral, than floor it and drop it into the first gear. That baby will burn them off. I swear! Mines a 2003 3.0 DOHC Durtec with only 89,482 miles on the car. so it might be Abit different.
That was like 5 seconds 30-85. I would say that’s pretty nasty. Mine should be here in April. I didn’t know about the power meter. That is pretty cool.
I have a 2010 ford escape and bought the Forscan ELM327 with the usb connection and the HS/MS switch well here is my issue. On the screen where you loaded the values I noticed that all the videos I've watched they all start with like (720) 05 20 but when I load mine they all start with (726) and the IPC module link isn't no where to be found. PLEASE HELP???
I drove my Mach-E for the first time Saturday. I couldn't take my hands off the wheel without getting warning after about ten seconds. Is there a setting that I can change or does it have to be in navigation to avoid the warnings?
