One year .later this house is off the market. Couldn't sell it, Couldn't rent it (at $39,500 a month,) Now valued at $5 ,756 million. A testimony to the fact that this house was a one off appealing to only the person who built. The big question why build such a custom home and then sell it? Huh Josh?? It is ugly and out of place.

I was at the property in the mid 80’s before it was rebuilt! At the time a Greek millionaire. Much different now. He bought it for views and the long drive way and security aspects. Wow worth every dollar!! And more! Great video guys.
