Amazing house but this is a bit steep. Probably worth around $15m. But you never know, Trousdale is only so big and if someone is willing to spend the money, why not charge it.

Also the view is nice, but theres a reason why theres a giant hedge blocking a lot of it. Most likely blocking the view of a bunch a roofs.

and now, i hate to admit this, but i am thinking about moving to cali. instead of florida. this in florida would be twice the price and all that damn hoa horse shit, if you happen to be following the disaster that is at the happening now there. it's the same with las vegas, you can't get away from hoas. my other option is to move onto a yacht, and to hell with any state.
