Hello from the USA! Did you use penghui? I have had lots of trouble trying to make this because we do not have penghui here in the USA. does the baking soda use as a substitute?
Multiple people have asked you where to get the stand and you’ve pointedly ignored them all. So weird to gate-keep such things. What does it benefit one not to share the information.
@@mayurandsneha If you do the spices correct and add lots of chilli oil and well made noodle it would taste similar but the broth may need to have some beef flavours or a substitute whatever Vegans use to make something taste similar to meat.
@@remyd3542 the broth was bland but when I sprinkled some soy sauce and garlic powder it was much better.of course the chilli oil and coriander scallions gave it good flavour.overall was good.i made a basic carrot celery onion cloves bayleaf peppercorn broth
delicious recipe. I made similar bowl of Lanzhou lamian similar last week. Your recipe differs a little from the one I used. I will try your recipe next time and add more Sichuan Peppercorn to the broth and add sesame to the chilli sauce.
These mochi look lovely. I'm gonna try this out for new years eve tomorrow :) At 2:05 I wonder how you steamed a baking dish this big because you would need something even larger to steam it? Is it okay if we use a pot or something that's smaller? I'm not experienced at cooking. Sorry if the answer might be too obvious and I didn't know it myself haha
