HAPPY🎉BIRTHDAY COTY! A Beryl of Fun for you😂. Love from the Gulf Coast. Dino Vasso has all the cake ingredients needed in this Cornerback room to bake. Give it training camp and preseason. The competition will be the fire!
I got another one for you Coty, & you too John since you co-signing now. I got some Trevor Lawrence, Daniel Jones stats you might wanna check out through there 1st 48 starts...via the 33rdTeam Trevor Lawrence Daniel Jones 12,204 total yards 11,992 6.7 yards per attempt 6.7 66 total TD's 64 35 INT's 33 20 Fumbles Lost 21 85.5 QB Rating 85.4 & Coty has the nerve to call him, & I quote, "A top 10 quarterback in this league." & you too John!!! LOL #Top10QBMyBleep
I love this team. But did you watch the same team I did last year? There were a lot of skin-of-their-teeth wins. There were some games the opponents lost instead of the Texans won (like week 18 at Indy). Fairbairn was the difference in too many games. That was with a last place schedule. This year is yet to be seen. I have all the hope and good wishes in the world for the Texans, but I'm tired of hearing ridiculous takes on next season's record. Tired of hearing they should definitely get to the conference championship. SEVENTEEN train wrecks, THIRTEEN of them without a break, some of them within a few days of each other and the worst squeezed into a ball of pain at the very end. I can't wait for the games to begin. I'll watch every one of them. But I'll let the players and coaches determine the outcome. And I won't be mad if it's not up to the 'expectations' of armchair experts. This isn't about you guys. I'm just frustrated with all the crap on social media.
Christan Harris and Azeez are going to be a underrated duo they are going to make a lot of plays all over the field Besides them man the rest of the LB core doesn’t look very good. Henry T he has some question marks especially in coverage. I do agree Hill a project he might not be ready to contribute until probably by 2026 and Tooley I heard he been making plays at camp and he might not be ready as well. So yeah outside of the top two this LB group is concerning so hopefully Harris and Azeez don’t get injured
Sit back for a second because this is going to be a long one. Now, this has been burning me up all week! Coty, if you think Trevor Lawrence is a top 10 quarterback, then you need to be drug tested, & while you're sitting over there laughing, John, you need to be drug tested too for co-signing with Coty! I'll do you one better & name 14 quarterbacks better than Trevor Lawrence, not in any particular order by the way... 1) Patrick Mahomes 2) Lamar Jackson 3) Josh Allen 4) Joe Burrow 5) C.J. Stroud 6) Jordan Love 7) Jalen Hurts 8) Tua Tagovailoa 9) Justin Herbert 10) Aaron Rogers 11) Mathew Stafford 12) Jared Goff 13) Dak Prescott 14) Kyler Murray 15) Brock Purdy/Trevor Lawrence 16) Baker Mayfield & Yes, I got Trevor Lawrence & Brock Purdy tied for the 15th best quarterback. Top 10 quarterback my "BLEEP"!!! OK, I'm good now. I just had to get that off my chest...lol!!! #LoveDaShow
Go get Justin Simmons . He’s the best veteran option for a FS . He can mentor Caden Bullock & Jalen Pitre to elevate their game from a mental key stand point . Let Jimmy Ward & Jalen Pitre compete for reps at both WS & Nickel behind Desmond King.
I honestly think bullock will shock us and pitre has a comeback season and ward does decent but I honestly agree with coty we should invest more in the Saftey group over the CB group bring in the likes of Eddie Jackson Justin Simmons hell man bring back TaShaun Gibson or Adrian Amos he was solid bring any of them back I honestly think the Saftey group will be solid enough to keep the down field in check
Currently, my opinion is Eric Murray is better than Jimmy Ward. He has more deep coverage ability. Pitre and Ward are the same players...so keep Pitre and let MJ Stewart and Brandon Hill compete for the 4th Safety spot.
Can Jimmy Ward stay healthy and can Jalen Pitre have a bounce back year that’s the real question. Safety is one of the positions that’s the question mark. I’m high on Bullock but he still has some work to do but if Ward or Pitre are disappointing Bullock is going to play sooner rather then later
Sounds like the D grade is influenced based on other positions. D Line has a lot of impact on the DBs and safety performance. More important is coaching. Agree talent is key but i think the overall defense performance is mostly on the unit as a whole. I think the rating should be a C as we wait and see unless you are seeing something specific in training camp. Great show as always. Your analysis lenses are insightful. Something you don't get from other shows.
Sup, fellas! 🎯 Coty! Bro, i can honestly say. This is the first time I've actually agreed with one of your takes totally 😂! You can get a bit excited at times, lol! D is the perfect grade for that safety group, my dude! An impact from Bullock is imperative if Texans plan on having the success we all expect them to have. John, can you please describe those good moments Jimmy Ward had last season? I watched every game and i didn't see many at all. He had a interception, but that's about it if memory serves correctly
Real good opinions. Running game, secondary, especially safetys, linebacker depth and growth from rookies and 2nd and 3rd year guys ,and offensive line, and Tunsil penalties HAVE TO STOP(ITS NOT THAT HARD DUDE)
